Big John is currently the Rivers state super heavy weight boxing champion. He also represented Rivers state at Kaduna 2009, 16th National sports festival. Big John as a way of easing off the boxing impulse built in him, now reports boxing every Wednesday 7:30 at Rhythm 93:7 in a special programme called Boxing Delight.
He is currently enjoying the Rivers state undisputable super heavy weight boxing champion title. He is also the proud crown Silver medalist of 2002 Commonwealth open national championship in Nigeria. ###
