Rivers State Christian Pilgrims Welfare Board has called on interested companies, Churches, and the general public that could sponsor themselves for 2013 Holy Pilgrimage to Jerusalem to forward their details to the Board. The call was made by the Sole Administrator of the Board, Very Rev. Msgr John Wangbu during an interview with newsmen in his office recently.
Very Rev. Wangbu said that the call for private sponsorship is to give opportunity to those whose names did not appear in the Government list compiled by the Board but are interested in the 2013 Pilgrimage to send their applications and details to the Director Finance and Accounts (DFA) of the Board and ensure due process is followed.
