According to the soft spoken manager, Ajagun has not been used by Dolphins throughout the on going 2012/2013 Nigeria Professional Football League season, as he is always on national assignment, while Dolphins still pays him his regular salary. He hinted that Ajagun is a good player no doubt but Dolphins, the club that is paying his wage is losing as the club continues to pay his wages without benefiting from the player.
He also disclosed to The Newswriter sports that many prospective football players agents had called him wanting to manage Ajagun, even from outside the country, saying that Ajagun is a good player we are watching him in Germany, we want to talk with you to become his agent.
According to the amiable General Manager, he has always responded “Is it today that you know that Ajagun is a good player, how much are you offering on Ajagun’s head to play for you?.
Consequently, Dolphins management has placed five hundred thousand US Dollars on the players head, for him to be signed by any clubside.
