The Rivers State Coaches Association (RSCA) on Monday played 1-1 draw with the Rivers State chapter of Sports Writers Association of Nigeria (SWAN) in their end of the year activities ceremonial friendly football match.
The much anticipated friendly match was keenly contested by both sides. It would have been a show of shame to the sports writers if not for their goal getter, Segun Precious who came in at the nick of the dying minutes and equalized the one goal lead given by the rivers coaches before his entry.
It was really a thing of joy it would been to the Rivers Coaches Association who had earlier featured a female goaltender to have scored that one goal at the first half of the match.
The coaches play, their referees counterpart today being Thursday in a bid to ending their end of year activities in a more amicable friendly manner. ####
