Port Harcourt: We Will Deliver Over 200 Housing Units – PHGL

The Port Harcourt Gardens Limited, PHGL has promised to deliver over 200 housing units to the residents of Port Harcourt and its environs under its Gardens Height Project.

The Managing Director of PHGL, Mr. Uche John made this known while delivering his address at the commissioning ceremony of housing units in Port Harcourt on Tuesday. He said that the Garden Heights Project is the flagship project of Port Harcourt Gardens Limited, adding that the housing units comprises of 1bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units, and apartments tastefully designed to offer unparallel comfort and peace of mind for the residents.

Mr. John said that the Port Harcourt Gardens is a private real estate development brand established with the vision to change the face of the middle class residential housing real estate market by delivering premium affordable residential housing to the middle class citizenry of Port Harcourt and the entire South-South region. He revealed that three (3) estates of similar sizes in Port Harcourt located at Woji, Eliozu and Airport road have already been built.

Mr. John reiterated the determination of his company that it would partner with the Rivers State government to provide premium and affordable housing for the ever increasing population in order to bridge the huge housing gap.

In his speech Governor Ezenwo Nyesom Wike applauded the company by taking the bull by the horns in tackling the housing problems in the state. He promised to partner with the firm and extended hands of fellowship to other companies to come to the state to invest.

The governor said that security challenges are not peculiar to Rivers State, but vowed to flush out all criminal elements in the state.

Earlier in his statement the chairman of PHGL, Mr. Richard Nyong said that the company is committed to solve housing problems. He thanked the governor for his development strides.

The highlight of the event was the commissioning of the housing project. ###
