Apostle Zilly Aggrey Re-elected Rivers PFN Chairman

The Rivers State chapter of Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria has re-elected Apostle David Zilly Aggrey, the General Overseer of the Royal House of Grace International as its Chairman and other executive officials that would pilot the affairs of the body in the next four years.
The inauguration ceremony took place at the Redemption Ministry in Port Harcourt City LGA.
Inaugurating the new executive, Bishop Joseph E. Ojo, the Chairman Inauguration Committee charged them to uphold and be responsible for the aims and objectives of PFN, to maintain the standard of PFN as uphold by the national body.
Bishop Ojo further charged them to ensure that members of PFN across the State comply with the Codes of Conduct and ethics of PFN as well as to embrace and mobilize all Pentecostal Assembly.
In a chat with journalists, Bishop Ojo while congratulating the new executives for their successful inauguration described the day as a day of Pentecost where the disciples of Christ were in one accord and Holy Ghost came upon them to anoint them with the Holy Spirit.
He expressed optimism that with the inauguration of the new executive of PFN in Rivers State a new era has begun in the state.
Similarly in a chat with journalists, Bishop Simon Okah the national Vice President of PFN South-South zone described the inauguration ceremony as the handiwork of God and the disappointment of the devil.
He expressed confidence that with the inauguration of the new executive of PFN, things will change for better, adding that the spirit of God will manifest in the Rivers PFN.
Earlier in his speech, Apostle David Zilly Aggrey, the new Chairman of PFN in Rivers State expressed gratitude to members of PFN for re-electing him as the Chairman of PFN in the State assuring that he and other executives will pilot the affairs of the body effectively with the fear of God and urged other members of PFN to give them support to succeed.
In his submission shortly after the inauguration, Apostle Zilly Aggrey who recalled that Jesus Christ in the scripture said we should love our neighbour as our selves noted that it means that if we obey his advice and love ourselves, in the next 30 days God will bless us.
On the crisis rocking the nation, Apostle Aggrey who recalled his earlier statement at the inauguration ceremony that there is global unrest on what is going on the nation, stressed that the PFN was praying seriously to resolve the problem.
According to him, the PFN has concluded plan to go for a retreat with a dream of making a presentation to the National Assembly with the aim of solving the problem of the nation.
Commenting on crisis that rocked PFN in Rivers State which created two factions, Apostle Aggrey debunked factions in the state, stressing that PFN is only one in Rivers State.
Other executive officials elected include: Rev. Dr. Dagogo Jack, Vice Chairman, Rev. Christopher Bille, Secretary, Rev. Joseph, Treasurer.
Rev. Silas Nwafor, Assistant Secretary, Rev. Ann Innocent, Legal Adviser, Bishop Elizabeth Obelle, State Co-ordinator among others.
