The president of Nigeria wrestling federation (NWF) Daniel Igali has taken the pain to save Nigeria from shame by taking care of Nigeria participation in the wrestling even in the Oceania de Rio Olympic respectively.
The Bayelsa born Olympic gold medalist is currently camping Nigerian wrestlers on his own financial account as to save the embarrassment that would cause Nigeria if she did not appear in these aforementioned competitions.
According to Igali, he could not open his eyes to see that Nigeria is not represented in the comity of nations in wrestling while he is alive. Hence he has to shoulder the responsibility of the nation by doing what he is doing at the moment, saying that the Nigeria wrestling federation (NWF) will remember him when the whole exercise is over.
He added that he is sure of his lads in camp that they will give good representation to Nigeria.
Wrestling is one of Nigeria stronghold in gold medal, at such, Nigeria is hopeful of medal through the good gesture of Daniel Igali.
While The Newswriter sports is commending Daniel Igali who is also an honourable member of the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, the Nigeria wrestling federation should pay back all what Igali spent on the wrestlers after all said and done, because it is their responsibility, Hon.
