IS GOD A PAGAN IDOL – HIS HIGHNESS CHIEF C. A OVOH THE OLOTU OF RIVERS STATE

EXCUSE ME
WHAT IS YOUR NAME?
If some one asked you, would your answer be of the following?
(a) “I don’t know”;
(b) “It is not important”;
(c) “I don’t care what you call me; or
(d) It’s unpronounceable”.
No wonder many think that the Grand Creator of the Universe too gives such kind of answers regarding Himself. From earliest time men called His name Yahweh (Gene 4:26). This name was emphatically given to Moses with an explanation of its meaning with vowels, thus “this is my name forever, and this is my memorial unto all generations” (Ex. 3:1415). Thus our Grand Creator Yahweh was to be used and the names of other deities were not even to be heard out of the mouth of His people (Exodus 23:13).
In a time of deliverance prophet Isaiah declared, “Therefore, my people shall know my name (Yahweh) (Isaiah 52:6). This ineffable name is the personal, intimate and covenant name, Yahweh Majority of scholars agree that the name given to Him is even represented in the English language as Yahweh in the Encyclopedia Britannica, Webster’s Complete Dictionary and Bible Encyclopedia and other scholarly reference books. And the base, of this name is preserved in the universal expression of praise “Hallelu-Yah” thus (HalleIu-Yah only means, Praise Ye YAH).
Our Saviour declared that He had come in His Father’s name (John 5:43). There is no relationship whatsoever between Jesus and God, Jehovah, nor Lord. Even the messenger of Yahweh who appeared unto Miriam His earthly mother also proclaimed that she would bring forth a Son who would save His people, therefore she should call His name when born “Yahoshea” meaning “YahSaviour or Salvation of Yahweh”; because “He will save His people from their sins”. Frankly speaking the name spoken to the Hebrew virgin certainly must have been a Hebrew name; since there is a clear connection between the name Yahoshea and His Father’s name Yahweh, They both contain the shortened form of the Name of our Grand Creator, YAH. For “Yahoshea only means Yah’s Saviour or Salvation of Yah”. While the name of Jesus has no such connotation. The most interesting side of it is that, the meaning of the name Yahoshea clarifies and explains the messenger’s ‘statement, “For He shall save His people from their sins”.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE NAME
The Scriptures are abundant in admonition concerning the importance of the names of our spiritual Father and His Sonic’ In Isaiah 48:8, He said “I am Yahweh; that is my Name; and my glory will I not give to another (Name), neither my praise to graven images”. In Joel 2:32, Acts 2:21, He says, ‘And it shall come to pass that whosoever shall call on the Name of Yahweh’ shall be saved”. In Acts 4:12 it says, “for there is none other Name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved”.
These and many other scriptures are specific and leave no doubt about the importance of His name and that of His Son. I think our responsibility concerning the Sacred names Yahweh and Yahoshea is to see that we restore them for sound doctrine or invocation. So help to read Psalm 33:1618; Micah 4:1&2; Malachi 1:11; Malachi 4:1&2; Matthew 6:9; John 12:13; John 17:6, 12&26; Acts 16:14; Ephesians 3:14&15; Rev. 14:1 etc.
Any baptism by immersion other than Yahweh and Yahoshea means you were baptised in local idol names. My dear children in Yahoshea Meshiyach, the name of our Spiritual Father being Yahweh and the name of the Son Yahoshea give a common base by which to praise Him as Psalm 68:4 say, “extol Him that rideth upon the heavens by His name Yah” Mark you, every ‘J’ is pronounced ‘Y’ in the original language; that is why the isms too do not make mistake to pronounce Hallelujah or HalleluYah other wise.
Listen them when they sing in their churches, they always pronounce the last ‘J’ as ‘Y and not ‘Jah’ although they-deceive the world by writing Hallelujah. Go to the Pentecostal Churches and you will confirm what I am saying. They do not make mistake in exclaiming HalleluGod, HalleluJehovah. nor HalleluLord, but always Hallelujah or HalleluYah. Therefore the Sacred names, Yahweh and Yahoshea are possibly the most consistent doctrine that permeates the holy scriptures with the possible exception of the importance of keeping the law of Yahweh.
Apparently many of the denominations of churchianity concur with this finding as their literature reveals. The lack of quarrel with the author is so obvious that at times we have almost anticipated some of the writers of the Holy Bible to be knocking on the doors of the Holy Assemblies of Yahoshea Meshiyach at any moment. This is true because almost all the Prophets of Yahweh in the Bible bear the short form of the Father’s name. For a case in point, Isaiah, Yeremiah (Jeremiah) Ezekiah (Ezekiel), Daniah (Daniel), Zepheniah, Samuiah (Samuel) Nehimiah, Obediah, Zepheniah etc. In the original language ‘Yah of iah’ is pronounced Yah; for ‘el’ is the singular form of the Canaanite chief idol called Elohim; so none of the Prophets of Yahweh was called after that idol, but all ended with Yahweh, (iah or Yah). That was the work of the false pen of Truth twisters (Jeremiah 8:8&9).
