Aseme-Alabo Yibo Buowari Brown JP Laid To Rest In Finima Bonny

Late Chief Dr. Asamayibo Henry Buowari Brown JP have been laid to rest at Finima, in Bonny Local Government Area in Rivers State.

The Royal Family of Late Chief Asamayibo Henry Buowari Brown, Buoye Omuso House of Finima, Warialapu, the entire good people of Finima and Bonny Kingdom expressed gratitude to God over the peaceful burial ceremony of their late father, husband, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend Amadabo of Finima who translated peacefully on October 16th 2014.

Aseme Alabo Dr. Asamayibo Henry Buowari Brown was born 65 years ago and was installed and presented to the Bonny Chiefs Council as Chief and head of the Buoye Omuso (Brown) Duowari of Finima Bonny in the year .1996.

According to tributes signed by the House Elders Council’s Chairman and his Secretary, Warialabo Fustus Brown and Warialabo Airiagha Goni Brown respectively on behalf of the Warilapu of Buoye Omuso Brown House, well-meaning people of Finima community, profoundly mourn the untimely demise of their beloved Aseme Alabo, Dr. Asamayibo Henry Buowari Brown JP. Amadabo of Finima.

They noted that Yibo was a man of uncommon courage, tenacity, dedicated and a lover of his home town Finima and the Buoye Omuso House. They recalled that he was born of royalty both paternally and maternally as both his grandfather and great grandfather were direct descendants of Buoye Omuso dynasty and Long John House respectively.

The officiating priest of the Eckankar at the funeral service, Chief Odoliyi Lolomari and Ifeatu John Areh described the late Chief as man of his words, the speaker acknowledged the impact the said house head rendered to them as an Eckist and fraternal brother. Chief Lolomari out lined his first contact with Yibo at Port Harcourt as an Eckist, adding that the Finima born Chief is worth remembered based on his legacies.

He thanked the Buoye Omuso Elders’ Council, Finima community and the entire people of Bonny Local Government, for support giving to the Asamayibo Henry Buowari Brown and immediate families towards the successful burial of their illustrious son and leader.

The families in their different tributes described him as a symbol of love, humility, peace and tolerance. According to them, their father, husband, brother, uncle, Nephew and Chief would be greatly missed for his hospitality, kindness and generosity, adding that the families have lost a precious gem.

In his appreciation the brother, Elder Daopunye Henry Buowari Brown on behalf of the entire families thanked Finima Elders council, good people of Bonny kingdom, Eckankar family, friends, relatives, in-laws that came from far and near for the companion of all during the burial.

He sincerely thanked them all for coming to honour their late Chief, husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew and friend. Aseme Alabo.###
