A frontline politician and a prominent member of the Asari-Toru Local Government chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Engr. Basone Benibo has sent a message of congratulations to Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike on his electoral victory in the 11th April, 2015 gubernatorial election in Rivers State.
Engr. Benibo who was a former chairman of the Rivers State branch of the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE) described Wike’s victory as the “will of God” that has prevailed against the inordinate ambition of a tyrannic and despotic ruler.
Engr. Benibo hails from Ward 8 in the area, observed that Wike’s administration will turn around the fortune of the state, adding that the Governor-Elect’s philanthropic disposition has endeared him to many.
He prayed God to give him the King Solomon’s wisdom to pilot the affairs of the state to the Promised Land. ###
