The Newswriter Elects New Executives

The Newswriter Newspaper has elected and inaugurated its executives that would pilot the affairs of the chapel for the next four years.
The ceremony took place at the chapel office, No. 23 Hospital road, Port Harcourt City LGA.
The new executive officers include, Senibo A. A. Cookey, Chairman, Mr. Allanso Jonathan Allanso, vice chairman, Mr. Emeka Jilly Ejiowhor General Secretary.
Others were, Mrs. Angela Inyena Anietie, Assistant secretary, Mr. Pius Dukor, Treasurer, Mr. George Banimi, Financial Secretary, Mr. Vincent Njiowhor Godfrey, Auditor, while Mr. Mene Gbarabe was elected ex-offio.
Mr. Jeff Oguike has also been unanimously appointed adviser of the chapel.
In his post election speech, the newly elected chairman, Senibo A. Cookey who expressed his profound gratitude to the members for electing him and his colleagues to serve in the news assignment, appealed to the new executive members and the entire management to cooperate with one another as well as make their inputs when necessary to move the management forward.
In their separate speeches, Mr. Allanso Jonathan Allanso, Mr. Pius Dukor and Jeff Oguike who expressed satisfaction for the peaceful, free and fair election, advised members to work in harmony, contribute their quotas and work as a team to move the management forward. ###
