The Obio/Akpor Allstars Football Club International will be electing a new exco to pilot the affairs of the prestigious famous Allstars Football Club come may 31st, 2014.
According to the pioneer chairman of the club, Chief Chuku, the election will be peaceful and devoid of any election malpractice.
Obio/Akpor Allstars Football Club has in its fold Coach Stanley Eguma of Dolphins football club of Port Harcourt, as the club Technical Adviser.
Speaking further, Chuku said Obio/Akpor Allstars Football as its social corporate responsibility had promoted friendship and unity amongst its members.
“Obio/Akpor Allstars today has brought joy and happiness to many ex-footballers within Obio/Akpor and the general public. In Obio/Akpor Allstars members are regarded with love, that is the more reason members look forward to the club.
“In short, another name for Obio/Akpor Allstars football club is “home for love”. Saturday election will be conducted with the embers of love and peace because every member and aspirant believes in love, he said.
