I Care Ministry Celebrates 5th Anniversary, Thanksgiving In Port Harcourt

I Care Ministry International Pod Harcourt Headquarters invites the general public to her 51st Anniversary/Thanksgiving with the Theme: Total Restoration of All Things. The programme starts on Friday 2nd December 2011, Night Vigil – 1000pm, Saturday, 3rd December, Variety Night 5pm and end on Sunday l’ Decemhcr 20111 with Anniversary/Thanksgiving Service by 900am at I Care Cathedral, #1 Abbey Street, off Sandfilled Road, Akpajo Eleme, Port Harcourt.
The programme is featured with powerful men of God who were anointed to bless and restore the broken hearted People. They are:
Bishop Timothy Olagoke Daniel, Overseer of Pasture of Freedom International Ministry, Port Harcourt. Bishop Victor Elueamenu, City of Grace International Church, South African. Apostle Mac Pepple (Bishop Elect), Covenant of God Family Church Port Harcourt. Pastor John Aghoye Senior Pastor Wonder Life Bible Church Port Harcourt and Prophet Peter Daniel, Port Harcourt.
The ministers of God have been prayerfully selected to function in various different capacities, according to Maxwell Okoro. International President I Care Pastor Association International and the Care Ministry Incorporated International, Anniversary has been packaged so as to restore hope to the hopeless, job to the jobless. The man of God said in an interview with journalists, that they are out to help the poor, the motherless and fatherless children, those that have been rejected by family and the needy. He further said that I Care Ministry is basically to empower people and make them productive in the society through skill training, payment of school fees, establishing business for those who are interested to be successful in life.
Maxwell Okoro (The Senior Pastor) advised the public and the Christian Community to do God’s work by helping the poor, not to worship politicians more than God.
He said, “everywhere you are functioning in the society, open your mouth and speak for the poor not the rich to get richer and the poor to remain poorer.
Bishop Timothy Olagoke Daniel in an interactive chat with our reporter said that Pentecostalism in Nigeria is interested in helping those who believe in the gospel and to make a difference in the society. He quote Matthew chapter 5, which says “we are the light of the world.”
He concluded that if not the church the level of crime in Nigeria would have been more than what we are experiencing today.
Bishop Victor Elueamenu also added that, pastors who are called by God should stand firm and defend the truth, for by their fruit we shall know those who are divine pastors and agents of darkness (devil) to make the society a better place for human. The Bishop condemned any act of corruption in high places and called on all Nigerians to he focused and move forward. ###
