Indigenous people of biafra IPOB, has banned Gov.Wike of Rivers State, following his political consultation visit to King Alfred Obi of Onitsha recently in Anambra State, in a statement by Mr. Emma Powerful Media Aid to IPOB , he accused Gov. Wike of Denying in the past of being an igbo extraction, and his genocide at Obigbo against the igbos
According to him, he has directed all traditional rulers in southeast and igbos in general to regard Wike as a non-granter in any part of igbo land.
He warned, IPOB will not be held responsible for any action or inaction against Wike, in any part of the southeast. It will be recorded, that Gov. Wike in the past publicly denounce any-kind of affiliation with the igbos, he mobilized security agents to stop IPOB from infiltrating Obigbo which is part of Rivers State.
Meanwhile the social cultural body of ndigbo also have expressed their displeasure over the candidature of Gov.wike as a presidential aspirant of the PDP, they mentioned that the aspiration of Gove. Wike and Ameachi who hails from the South-South, where the ex president Goodluck Jonathan represented as president, is a mis-normal because the South east is the only ethnic group in southern Nigeria that has not produced a president, for instance OBJ got the south-west sloth and Jonatha got the south-south slot, so Gov. wike has no moral right to campaign for presidency.
Finally only time can tell if Gov.Wike will hid to the IPOB warning.
