MFM South-South Region II Organizes Thanksgiving

“No more stagnancy, delays and dull moments to prayers and activities at the South-South region eleven of Mountain of Fire And Miracles Ministries Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

The time for God to take his rightful position has come, Pastor (Dr.) Lawrence Olashinde Senior Regional Overseer (SRO) of Mountain of Fire And Miracles Ministries in Port Harcourt said this recently.

When the church moved into a newly constructed spacious auditorium, Pastor Olashlinde said he is very happy to be associated with the region, the Regional Overseer, the entire members of the church, and prayed for the region’s progress, growth and spiritual revival. He encouraged them not to rest on their oars.

The South-South 11 Regional Overseer, Pastor Yemisi Akinsola thanked the Senior Regional Overseer (SRO) for honouring the invitation to visit and participate in the movement and his prayers for the region.

Pastor Akinsola who was visibly happy assured the congregation of his determination to improve and move the region forward to a greater height thanked them for their cooperation, kindness and contribution.

He promised to make the region an enviable, active and vibrant one with the help of the Almighty  and the Holy Spirit together with the cooperation of pastors, ministers, workers and the entire members including those at the branches under the region.

Pastor Yemisi enjoined every member to brace up to live a holy life, not to relent in prayers and studying the word always.

Pastor Segun Anifowoshe was full of joy and praises as families came out with different types of items, life and spirit moving testimonies. The house fellowship, the central house fellowship together with women foundation in the zone gave thanks to God for keeping them alive, their husbands, children and families.

The men of valour, children department and the youths were also very happy to be part of the celebrating groups in the church; they acknowledged how God had been so wonderful to them especially in business, groups in the church of God and their daily endeavours.

Choir of the zone, groups like burden bearers, prayers warriors and more rendered soul lifting songs to praise and give thanks to the Almighty for his sustenance through tin and thick.

Pastor Anifowoshe in his sermon cited psalm 92:1-5, Jeremiah 29:11 gave the people several reasons why they should always be grateful to God, because he kept them triumphing.

The Lord he said will continue to anoint them with fresh oil; he will make them to flourish like the palm tree with strength always.

Pastor Anifowoshe on behalf of the General Overseer, Dr. D. K. Olukoya, the Senior Regional Overseer, Pastor Dr. Olashelinde, the regional overseer, Pastor Yemisi Akinsola, other ministers and all the workers in the zone, thanked the members for their wonderful, kind support and co-operation for the year. He prayed that God will continue to bless and keep them safe; the Lord he said is taking them to a better and higher ground as they match into the New Year 2017. ###
