Bille community has organized a fund raising to build a Bille Kingdom Liaison Office in Port Harcourt.
The proposed Bille House will cost a total sum of one hundred and fifty million naira (N150,000,000).
Speaking at the launching, the chairman of the occasion, Tonye Ibraye who was represented by Mr. Daniel Seminiworima said the House if completed will unite the people of Bille community especially those living in Port Harcourt.
He commended the people of the Bille for their developmental ideologies and urged them to give proper attention to girl child education and youths development.
Also speaking the chairman of Bille community in Port Harcourt, Mr. Fi-Ibite Adokiye Bibi expressed optimism that when the House completed it will serve as a rally point for Bille people living in Port Harcourt and dispora.
He appealed to sons and daughters of Bille to take the project serious.
In their separate remarks, the Bille Kingdom Community Development Committee, Mr. Kenuel Asatubo Igbanibo and High Chief Bebeowibo Jacobs advised the people in charge of the project to be sincere and transparent. ###
