Port Harcourt: Lagos Forum Gets New Officers

A socio-political group known as Lagos Forum has elected new officers to pilot its affairs in the next two (2) years.

The new officers elected are: Hon. Jerbarimiema Ikiba (Coordinator), Hon. Onengiye-Ofori Amachree (Elder Administration), Elder Amoniya Amachree (Elder Finance) and Elder Monima T. Tariah (Chief Host).

Speaking shortly after his election the new coordinator of the forum, Hon. Ikiba promised to initiate programmes that will effectively reposition the Lagos Forum. He described the members of the forum as one that have been existing as friends for decades.

Hon. Ikiba said that the forum will ignite good ideas that will ensure good relationship among members, stressing that the ultimate goal of the forum is unity and working for the progress of the members in particular and Kalabari kingdom in general. He thanked members for giving him the mandate to serve and assured them that in no distant time he will take the forum to the next level. Hon Ikiba solicited for their support to succeed. ###
