Onitsha Massacre: Niger Delta Militants, Biafrans Meet In PH

The dreaded Niger Delta Avengers, NDA, and militant Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB will hold a crucial meeting in Port Harcourt.

Information had it that the meeting will hold at the weekend in one of popular hotels in New GRA, Port Harcourt.

The agenda of the meeting will focus on the Onitsha massacre that had sent no fewer than seventy five (75) Biafra supporters to their early graves.

Ahead of this weekend meeting in Port Harcourt, the NDA has allegedly killed eight (8) soldiers in Nkpor and burnt down a police patrol van in Onitsha.

The Niger Delta militant group through their spokesman, General Ben said that the attacks were a warning to the federal government not to under estimate the activities of the militants or feel their sphere of operations were limited to just one region.

They vowed to bring Nigeria to its knees economically. General Ben said, “My men were responsible for the killing of eight (8) soldiers at Onitsha river. They were killed when my men attacked their military gunboat in Onitsha. We are responsible for the incident in Nkpor near Onitsha”.

The NDA says that, “it may sound doubtful, but when we want to tell Nigerians that we are not limited to Niger Delta region. This is a warning to the Nigerian government that no amount of security threat will deter us. More attacks will still take place. We stand by every ultimatum given to any group or company. We will touch the soul of the economy of this nation. We are not interested in resources, but sovereignty.”

Sources hinted this weekly that as the day of the meeting between the Niger Delta Avengers and the IPOB approaches, Biafra agitators are stated coming into the city of Port Harcourt.

The Newswriter reliably gathered that after the planned meeting there will be a procession along the ever busy Aba-Port Harcourt road, and it will be terminated at the popular Isaac Adaka Boro Park.  ###
