Wike expressed satisfaction with the level of work at the Eliozu-Oro-Igwe road , Rukpokwu-Eneka road and the Igwuruta-Chokocho, urging the contractors to keep the pace of project delivery.
He said “By May 29, we shall commission another set of roads in the state. I am impressed by the progress of work on the roads we inspected today.
“Though the rains are here, the construction of roads will continue. We are using sharp sand hence there will be no need to stop work on the roads “.
At the Igwuruta-Chokocho road, the governor urged the Etche people to continue to support his administration and the PDP. He said that the PDP is the only party that fulfils its promises.
