Abua/Odual: APC Twisted

Ahead of the March 19, 2016 National/State Assembly re-run election in Rivers State, the people of Abua/Odual LGA have resolved not to have any dealings with the All Progressives Congress, APC.
According to them APC is a stupid political party that has nothing to offer the indigenes of Abua/Odual Local Government Area.
They thrown their weight behind the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP stating that PDP is the only political party that can put smiles on their faces. They pointed out that PDP government under the leadership of Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike has appointed their sons and daughters into key positions in the state.
The people made this known when the state governor, Chief Wike visited the area, last week.
Speaking the governor assured the people of better life and quality living. The governor promised the people of initiating policies and programmes that will ignite robust economy in the area, adding that he would construct link roads, renovation of some schools and completion of some abandoned projects by the past administration under Rotimi Amaechi in the area.
Governor Wike said that his administration will continue to provide the dividends of democracy to the rural dwellers. He pleaded with the federal government to stop playing politics with the security challenges of the state.
Speaking with journalists shortly after the event, the chairman of the Caretaker Committee, CTC of Abua/Odual LGA, Chief Hon. Oye Igenewari thanked the governor for all what he has done for the people. He described Governor Wike as a true democrat and amiable leader, whose aim is to ensure total development in the state.
He assured the people of the LGA that Wike will not fail them, because he (Wike) is a man of honesty and sincerity who is out to make the people of the state happy. ###
