The Shammah Christian Ministry International incorporated, Eleme will on Sunday 31st January. 2016 celebrate the birthday of their founder and General Overseer, Bishop Dr. Amb. Elizabeth Paul Obelley.
The celebration will also feature the ground breaking ceremony of building project at the church headquarters in Eleme Local Government Area of Rivers State.
Amb. Emmanuel Nkweke one of the members of the Planning Committee of the programme who made the disclosure while in a chat with journalists in Port Harcourt said His Excellency, Chief Barr. Ezebuwno Nyesom Wike, the governor of Rivers State will perform the ground breaking ceremony, while HRM King Alfred Diette Spiff, the former military governor of Rivers State and the Amanyanabo of Town Brass is expected to chair the event.
Amb. Emmanuel Nkweke who is also the “Mr. Vote Count” due to his advocacy for free and fair elections in the country said the Shammah Christian Ministry International Incorporated is the largest Cathedral ever to be built by a woman, pointing out that the ceremony will attract the people of the high and mighty in the society across the nation and the globe hence the cathedral will be dedicated to the glory of God.
Similarly, the Founder and General Overseer, Bishop Dr. Amb. Elizabeth Paul Obelley expressed her gratitude to God for given her the vision which according to her is coming at the appropriate time to empower the children of God with the right kingdom knowledge for kingdom distinction.###
