Tears flow in Bonny Local Government Area as two (2) speed boats collided head-on along the dema-Abbey and Abulamabie Creek claiming the lives of a mother, her two children and a 14 year old boy, simply identified as Samuel.
Eye witness attributed the incident to reckless driving and over speeding.
Meanwhile, the chairman of the Caretaker Committee of Bonny Local Government Area, Hon. Charles Tonye Jumbo has condoled with the bereaved families and advised boat drivers to always obey the ethics of driving.
As at the time of going to the press, the Marine Police and the Bonny Marine Transport Association, Chairman are yet to make any useful statement.###
