Coach Siasia has done it for Nigeria again as a coach, wining the African U-23 National cup to book Nigeria participation in the forth coming Olympics in Brazil.
Without experience, the Bayelsa born tactician would have been a complete failure on the task of qualifying Nigeria to the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. This is because of the factors that militated against his progress on his job.
His mother was kidnapped amidst allowance and salaries payment to Siasia and the players by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) yet he maintained his person and went on to prove the experience good coach he is made up of.
His experience, his swift tactic from the last games according to the players at his disposition and the games at hand hence, the favourable results that came his ways.
Nigerians at a point did not give Siasia a chance because of the shaky defence line of the team, but the expertise in Siasia was brought to bear when he fixed the defence line and put his midfield and attack to work in the most dramatic manner with tactic, which left his opponents out of their game plans.
It was really, experience that saw Siasia lifting the trophy after been threatened by his opponents in the three last games.
But he learnt his lesson each time and was able to fix the team to become the champion at last. ###
