Nigerians Are Dying of Hunger

enfants-faimSince May 29, 2015, the contemporary Nigerian Society is on the fast lane of retrogression.

Economically speaking the nation has drifted to a level where its citizenry find it hard to afford three (3) square meal.

The citizens are passing through excruciating pains to survival on daily basis. Nothing seems to be moving forward in the country.

Perhaps, this is the change everyone of us desire. Several of our institutions namely: health, education, judiciary, transportation, amongst others are now in the state of moribunds. It appears that the presidency is not bordered about the decaying condition of these institutions.

However, since President Muhammadu Buhari took over the mantle of leadership of the country from Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan he (Buhari) has traveled to several countries, which we are yet to see the positive result.

The nation’s economy has been turned upside down as Nigerians have become beggars. Some eating from the dustbins. Fathers, no longer take their rightful positions in the family as breadwinners due to President Buhari’s vision of change that ignite retarded economic activities in the country. Government’s infrastructure are dilapidating, while agriculture has been relegated to the background.

The electorate are now regretting of giving their mandate to the All Progressives Congress, APC, because they have not seen any meaningful change since Buhari came in.

There is need for the president to revisit his “policy(ies) of change” to create confidence of his administration in the heart of Nigerians. If this is not done, APC should not think of staying in Aso Rock beyond May 29 2019. ###
