GDI Nat’l Officer Slams Wike Critics

The National Assistant Secretary of the famous Grassroot Development Initiative GDI, Damiete West has appealed to politicians that do not want to see anything good in the administration of Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to have a rethink for the best interest of the state.

West who made the appeal while addressing members of Asalga chapter of the GDI at Buguma on Monday, said that Governor Wike had out shined the performance of ex- governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi’s administration within six (6) months in office.

The GDI national officer observed that politicians who are bent on frustrating Wike’s administration do not have the interest of the state at heart, thus he described them as “wicked and retrogressives”.

West pleaded with the critics to sheathe their swords for the sake of the socio-economic development of the state.

He applauded the governor for his astuteness in developing the state despite the tribunal verdict.

The GDI chieftain called on the people of the LGA to give their support to the governor, adding that Wike has all what it takes to move the state to the Promised Land. ###
