Andoni LG: CTC Boss Challenges Members On Service Delivery

Members of the Caretaker Committee for Andoni Local Government Council have been charged to be ready to deliver dividends of democracy to the people who found them worthy amongst numerous others and nominated them for representation, saying that service delivery is essential to the growth and development of Andoni , hence must be taken seriously.

Chairman Caretaker Committee of Andoni Local Government Council, Hon. Ere Godwin Victor handed the charge, Wednesday at the inauguration of members of his caretaker led committee held at the executive council chambers of Andoni Local Government Council, Ngo Town.

The Chairman noted that governance of the council is for the good of the citizenry therefore should not be business as usual, tasking members of the CTC to always be in their offices to provide the needed services to the people, while assuring the people of effective and efficient administration.

In the same vein, the Chairman, Ere Victor had charged the newly appointed and sworn-in Secretary to the council Mr. Bara Ignatius and the Chief of Staff Prince John Osunju to take their works seriously as ever since the running of council revolves around their offices.

By swearing of the CTC members, Secretary to Council and Chief of Staff, the Andoni Local Government Council is now ready to settle down for work, even as staff are task to justify their earnings by promptly attending to duty to move the LGA forward.

Members of the CTC inaugurated include, Mrs. Annastesia Tepikor representing Ward 10, Mr. Jacob Gabriel representing Ward 7 and Mr. Titus Jones representing the people of Ward 5.

Others are Mr. Akpom Anos from Ward 2, Mr. George Micah Esuku standing in for Ward 9 and Chief Unyeawaji T. Adaibo representing Ward 1

The officers appointed and sworn-in are Mr. Bara Ignatius as Secretary to Council and Prince John Osunju as Chief of Staff to Council.

Responding on behalf of the members sworn-in, Mrs. Tepikor thanked the people of Andoni for nominating them among several others to represent them and pledged to discharge their responsibilities as required by law to the best of their ability.

Meanwhile no portfolio has been allotted to members.
