The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has finally unveiled former Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh as the new Super eagles coach on Wednesday 15th July, 2015 for 5 years working term.
Oliseh has already been instructed to have his foreign technical assistant, the idea is to develop players from the grassroots particularly from the various football academies in the country, Oliseh 5 years contract means he is now the coach of all Nigerian national teams.
Oliseh is also to set a playing pattern for the country’s national teams, and monitor the domestic league with the view of constituting a formidable team for Nigeria.
According to the NFF the contract given to Oliseh is same contract with only slight difference.
With this contract, Oliseh will now work out plans for all the national football teams and tinker the possible way of the national team upward progress.
It is not clear whether Oliseh is to start the job with his foreign technical assistant as his Belgium technical assistant was unveiled alongisde with him.
“Oliseh has said he is not coming in as a messiah but he will give his 50% (fifty percent to hundred)”.
