Sharks Does not Own A player- Barr. Green

A stakeholder and the chairman of the Nigeria Football Federation Disciplinary and Legal Committee, Barr. Christopher Green has boldly said that Sharks do not own a player in the Sharks Football Club.

Barr. Green is the current chairman of Rivers State Football Association (FA).

According to him, he hears that individual own players and negotiate on behalf of the players in Sharks.

He further stressed that all the players in Sharks are managed by individuals, adding that the players are loaned out without the club benefiting from them.

He maintained that the problem of Sharks is mainly management, pointing out that Sharks do not have management. Preferring solution to Sharks poor performance is proper overhaul of the entire team.

The Bonny football administrator advocated that for Sharks to bounce back to winning ways, all stakeholders of the club will have to come together to put in their resources and best, not looking at things politically.

He however, called on the all and sundry to support the current Sharks manager, Okey Kpaluku.

He used the opportunity to call concerned citizens and lovers of good football to come together to bail Sharks out of her present predicament. ###
