After watching the Keshi constituted new Eagles against Chad in the AFCON qualifiers match played in Nigeria, Keshi needs a more goal scoring oriented Super Eagles to succeed in his second soccer journey with the Super Eagles in the Africa scene.
The Super Eagles struggled to beat their African counterpart, Chad 2-0 in the 2nd half of that encounter, but the play was nothing different from what Nigerians already know about them. Though the Eagles won the match, their play was not inspiring, credit to them that they managed to beat Chad, there was nothing special about the Eagles play.
Keshi should be given some credit for getting his substitution right for the first, time yet, the Eagles under his watch are not fantastic.
Chad is considered the weakest team in the group, does not mean that there is no hope for them in the tournament.
The Super Eagles beating the Chadians is merely the gallant and purposeful superlative performance of Super Eagles outstanding captain and goaltender, Vincent Enyeama.
Nigerians should pray Keshi give the desired joy and happiness expected from the Super Eagles after their qualification of the AFCON.
If the Eagles qualify, Keshi true test of technical ability to guide the Eagles will be ascertained. ###
