My dear President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan,
Let me refer you to the letter written by me to you on 11th February, 2013 which reference was YOCG/1st/AA/AAKK/01/013 being widely published in the Newswriters Newspaper and read by many where captain Amagala was erroneously stated dead by me and l was immediately informed by one of the readers from Bayelsa State who corrected me being alive. Though many readers of Ijaw extraction frowned in their hearts the contents of this “open letter” but today, it is really true of that publication in all the points I raised including conclusion.
However, let me again raise some salient areas for new readers to have part of that said letter.
(A) Your Excellency is not born a politician but the act of God;
(B) Your Excellency is also not known politically except few persons in your area and the academic world before you become the deputy Governor in Bayelsa State;
(C) Your Excellency being not born as politician saga dynamo; and why
- East West Road;
- Kolo/Nembe/Brass Road;
iii. Bomu-Bonny Road;
- The Central Group Road with just a bridge of about 500meters in length and 2 small culverts of not more than 100 meters long each according to the NDDC stakeholders meeting of 2008 held here in Port Harcourt, Rivers State;
- The boundary of Abia and Rivers State after the Imo River Bridge to Eleme Junction reconstruction being a gateway to the Rivers State capital;
- The rail line from Port Harcourt to Kano re-activation and
vii. The Mali sent troops;
viii. I again referenced you being a sound academician, the popular saying thus;
- Some are born great;
- Some achieve greatness by means of force;
- Others achieve greatness through hard work, and finally,
xii. Some achieve greatness bestowed upon them.
I then asked you Mr. President which of these classes did you belong? I queried and then concluded my writings that you Mr. President achieved greatness bestowed upon you through former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
I told Mr. President in that article that the people of Niger Delta Region including my humble self being an elder statesman and Ijaw extraction felt badly of his poor performances of a total of 30 months he took over office as president after the death of President Yar’ Adua. Today, he has spent about 5 years and a few days there is nothing to write home about the above mentioned all important roads in the Niger Delta Region.
In sum quarters he stated according to source that these said Roads would be done in his 2nd tenure and I referenced a chairman in my Local Government Area which we fought to achieve the chairmanship from Buguma tyranny control against we Cennorsia communities in Asari-Toru LGA, Rives State, during the leadership of Dr. Peter Odili. This said chairman of Asari-Toru, instead of facing the Cennorsia communities where his parents come from continued developing already developed Buguma district and when we asked him, he said he will face the Cennorsia Region in his 2nd Tenure bid and when the 2nd Tenure bid came up, without consulting us who brought him to power cowardly surrendered to Buguma people before even the proposed primary took place at his private residence in Port Harcourt.
This particular reference, I asked President Goodluck Jonathan in one of my series of publications, whether he is God to determine his future? What I asked him in the past has come to a reality and the public now stands beside me the question I asked him in that publication as a turning point.
I am not a prophet but God Almighty talks to me something that would happen in the future. Of all my points in that publication of the said open letter to Mr. President which I advised him severally up to my last edition to change Prof. Attahiru Jega who will betray him in 2015 general elections now happened. I am happy to be alive and witnessing what God spoke to me comes a reality. And after 29/5/2015, President Jonathan would bow out without his so called 2nd tenure bid because of the sycophants politicians he gathered around himself like in the days of Late Gen. Sani Abacha who also gathered around himself with such sycophant advisers and supporters as if they loved him while they were not but only worked for his downfall governance.
Secondly, the so called Vice President Arch. Namani Sambo and Senate President David Mark could not deliver their states while Plateau, Nasarawa and Taraba States Governors delivered their states to Mr. President to show how connivance they were for the so called Northern states Agenda headed by Rtd. Gen. Buhari now president elect.
The defeat at the 28/3/2015 polls of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan is an act of God. The people of Rivers State in general and the Kalabari people in particular should go to churches they attend and give thanks to the Almighty God for His wonders He performed for us by bringing the ladder President Goodluck Jonathan climbed atop in 2011 general elections as he pushed it down for nobody to climb and nearer him in his 5 years as president for him to climb down which he never thought that it would be in this way of his career.
This is a son from the Niger Delta, instead of promoting love, unity and development showed state of segregation and discord administration by taken the Kalabari Oil wells in Akuku-Toru L.G.A in Rivers State into his Nembe in Bayelsa State. This is not enough by him, the Federal Government planned to open the Abonnema seaport he also took it to Brass in Bayesla State. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan did not know that God Almighty love the Kalaharis. They are second Israelis in this part of Africa. And in my conclusion of this stated open letter to him. I again warned President Jonathan about his wife’s behaviour in politickings to call her to order otherwise he will fall like Adolf Hitler of the 2nd World War who much relied on his wife and ignored the best generals that gave him best military advises in the 2nd world war. This is a president who schooled and worked in Rivers State and as well married a Rivers woman yet he hates. Rivers State at the bottom of his heart. It is indeed God’s intervention to us and he fell like the Biblical David at war against Goliath. Let this be a lesson to our future leaders against the Kalabari people in particular and the entire Rivers State in general. I advised President Jonathan all these in 2013, 2014 and 2015 to change Prof. Attahiru Jega immediately but he refused all. Those his close friends did not buy copies of my different publications in the local media and give him in Abuja to read as they thought it was a nonsense publications. God in his infinite mercies had saved the Kalabari and Rivers people in the hands of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan. We thank our ALMIGHTY GOD that He is always with us in the time of old and now. MAY HE BE PRAISED NOW AND FOREVER MORE, AMEN.
- My dear Rtd. General Muhammadu Buhari, now president elect,
I am Chief Young Obene Clarke Georgewill a political activist and had held several positions in my Asari-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State and also been well known in my Kalabari Kingdom and its 3 LGAs including the rest of the remaining 20 LGAs of the state. Today, by the special grace of the Almighty God, I am 75 years which categorized me to an elder statesman position in our dear country Nigeria. Mr. President elect, I would want you courageously declare your real age to the entire nation as you always state to the Nigerian nation, your administration will be transparent. Therefore let it be so too because we Nigerians did not know your actual age. In some quarters in the news media it was alleged that your wife revealed that you are 84 years old and in some quarters in the radio broadcasters pegged your age either 72 or 73 years. But don’t forget; there is dignity for a person to state his real age to the public when such person is alive and achieved a memorable thing(s) particularly now that you are going into second chance as Nigeria’s Head of state for people to talk good of you if you perform better since there is no sanction in age to rule this country. And also don’t forget, old age is a blessing from God Almighty and not everybody achieve it either 72, 73 or 84 years as the case may be. Therefore don’t forget this passage as part of your manifesto agenda to rule this great county. It will do you better than harm if you perform creditably for the present generation and the future to say something after you have left office. Like our brother the outgoing president once said “anybody above 57years” should not hope for him to consider such person(s) for the plume job when he will leave office 2019. Is he God Almighty without remembering the Supreme Creator, this was part (2) of his defeat at the 28th March 2015 polls. So be wise to do this if you like since you will run a transparent Government come 29/5/2015. Many people think when they reduce their age they remain young. This is not so and you. We can’t cheat Nature because He writes all the time according to pilgrim progress in our age in the schooling days. This is the truth of it.
(a) The next issue of this “Open letter to you”, from the beginning of your campaigns, you are at several occasions stating that you will run an open and transparent government. But after the victory of your candidature as the President Elect on 31st March, 2015 by Prof. Jega announcement to the nation and the world from the outcome of the 28th March 2015 general elections, I have been watching you whether you will advise your Boy Chibike Rotimi Amaechi, the Governor of Rivers State to immediately open the Judiciary for sanity to prevail. This you did not do simply because he had pumped-in Rivers money into All Progressive Congress (APC) campaigns to gain victory which had made him unable to pay both Retired and Serving civil servants catalogue of salary areas unpaid to 5 months and 3 months respectively excluding this terminal May month 2015. And never you forget, Dr. (Mrs) Ngozi Okonju-Iweala, the Hon. Finance Minister stated severally that the federal government which you are going to takeover, all civil servants had been paid to April, 2015 as recorded by we the populace;
(b) My president elect, you should not be deceived by your APC Governors statements of their inability to pay the bedrock of the said arrears of workers. These so called governors had embezzled the allocation money coming from the federation account including internally generated revenues into their pockets to go away with, being their last opportunity, and some used part of it to finance your APC party in retrospect. The scenario is this, when you assumed office as your are going to be a transparent Head of State, you should probe all these state governors that had not paid salaries to May 2015 be it PDP, APC, LABOUR or APGA to the latter or you wave off all these arrears and give equal amount of money to the 36 state governors to pay these bedrock of arrears to save stress by you to setting up such commission. This is to show your APC government magnanimity for change since it is your party slogan in retrospect to solving these problems otherwise many of these governors will go to jail after such commission report and your boy Governor Amaechi is No. 1 in this perspective as well as APC controlled states being the highest to be brought to book. This is part of this open letter to you;
( c) Another issue is the election tribunal matters holding across the country now and for you to be on the safer side by not developing your interest particularly Rivers state as you once said to be involved. Let me inform you our president elect, if elections are conducted both president and governor 10 times in a month or one year, Rivers people would vote for peoples democratic party (PDP) because we are PDP Christian party and not APC Islamic party and there is no way we will vote for APC likewise the entire Niger Delta and South East Regions come one hundred years to come. The tribunals may not finish to bring their judgments to the outgoing president and you will take over by not wrangling into the tribunal affairs else you will go down after your 4 years like your predecessor went down and first of all remove your mole before you help others removed theirs. This is because Prof. Jega rigged on the 28th March, 2015 presidential elections for you right in the announcing hall on 30/5/2015 as I saw in my television set otherwise you would not have won that election which you will be sworn-in in a few days time. I watched everything and many did not see what I saw on that day. I will not reveal it to anyone unless the board of trustees of peoples democratic party (BOT) sends pilgrimage to me then I will reveal to them because PDP is my party, else the same thing would happen in 2019 general elections too;
(d) The federal government headed by President Goodluck Jonathan if he could set up another probe panel internally if he likes before leaving office and the officials of such tribunal invite me, I will go and give evidence of your assumed victory because Lagos state is more populated than any other states in the federation followed by Kano, Oyo, Kaduna and Rivers being the 5th but the voting results in Lagos, Oyo, and Rivers were lesser than your own state Kastina why? All these were the handiwork of Prof. Jega. You have to probe yourself (that is the entire northern states including Prof. Jega before you descend to south south and south east regions, raspernally or please KEEP OFF entirely by not involving in such probe panels set up by government, and when you assume office on 29/5/2013, you should directly go into your election promises for the way forward to Nigerians. Finally on this issue I say again KEEP CLEAR in Rivers State tribunal matters and others because we will at all seasons remain a PDP state as stated above, I advise;
(e) Another issue, is Governor Rotimi Amaechi; Amaechi is a highly corrupted governor hence you don’t make him your vice president as we judge you by your impeccable track records. Therefore as he had financed your APC party with the Rivers People hard earned money, please don’t include him in your list of ministers rather give him an ambassadorial position in any of the countries we have such ambassadorial connections. The moment you bring him closer to your administration he will spoil your honest rulership as we know you. I advise too;
(f) Another issue still to you, never you listen to the so called godfathers. It is one man one vote the entire nation Nigeria voted for you to be their president therefore on the epilepsy state of electricity supply to the nation for industrial growth the failures were caused by your godfather former President Olusegun Obasanjo and the outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan. They gave the privatization to themselves for 16 uninterrupted democratic years and we are still in the dark as was in the days of military regime. Let me again remind you one statement your outgoing predecessor stated in a few days ago that you should not tamper the electricity sector.
How can he dictate to someone who has his own programme like you? This is not adopted anywhere in the world. One thing you will know about the so called privatization of the electric sector and many more are in the hands of these past presidents. Hence that statement was made. My advise to you in this area when you takeover the mantle of leadership of our great country, you should cool down and set up a trusted committee and let them give you an inside auditing of the total No. of staff including the engineers in each state across the country. The moment you get the overall figures, you recruit the young school leavers on equal basis or according to the size of the population in such state(s) and send them to either Japan, China or America for a crash programme of six months particularly the electrical graduate engineers, by the time they finish and come back to Nigeria, you pay off all the present staff at most 2 months salary because they were employed by these private heavy weights companies. These staffers are no more in the civil service pay role to ask for their entitlement. The present electricity staff is all corrupt that would thwart your administration effort into a bad light and if you consider to put me in that committee (though am not your party member) I hope to work for your success and the nation. Your believe in honest in life is the same as mine. You can ask people who know me well as I come to this world to serve God Almighty and humanity. He who created the planet earth;
(g) Finally on the part of this my open letter to you, the Yorubas believed on their mentor, (Chief Obafemi Awolowo). He was the opposition leader started from the colonial period till his last day in 1987. The Yorubas followed suit their mentor political ideology to date with particular reference to Lagos state who are in the same opposition of their conviction to their late leader (Chief Awolowo). They don’t bother Federal or no Federal and they stand on firm foundation until recently they merged with you Northerners with the party called (APC). The (a) Signified, Action Congress of Nigeria which is Yorubas. The (b) Signified the All Nigeria Peoples Party which is owned by the Hausas and the (c) Signified the party you president elect formed. Which is also the Hausas. And if your ambition as president elect is to take over Rivers State, I bet you, you may meet the iron wall, as I said earlier. We are Christians PDP south of Nigeria and as it pleased God Almighty, Hon. Barr. Nyesome Wike, Governor Elect, Rivers State is our political leader we have been longing to have and God Almighty had done it for us in 2015 general elections. Any interference against him is against the entire state and the Almighty God and that would be the beginning of the disintegration of what is called corperate Nigeria nation, therefore, Mr. President Elect, you should forget about Rivers State taking over by you never not to deter your chances of governance. You can draw the bull to the stream but you can’t force it to drink it that is the Rivers State and its people because we are contended with our souls as God put us in our Rivers State. A word is enough for a wise man like you Mr. President elect thinking about Rivers State inside the 36 States and Abuja in the Federation. I hereby once again advicing and warning you for God’s sake.
- My dear Hon. Barr. Nyesom Wike, Governor Elect, Rivers State;
I am Chief Young Obene Clarke Georgewill, the current Chairman of Central Group General Assembly otherwise called Ward 13, in Asari-Toru Local Government Area, on behalf of my humble self, the secretary general, Chief Deacon Diepiriye W. Granville and the rest Exco members, the Traditional Rulers Council, the Chiefs Council, and the entire citizens of the area congratulate you, your Deputy and the Hon. Members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, the Hon. Members of the House of Representatives and the Senators for your victories on the 28th March and 11th April, 2015 Governorship elections being contested with other contestants of other parties respectively. Ward 13 since 16 years ago is PDP strong hold and we will continue to be loyal and working with you and the state House of Assembly. We expected you during the campaigns period and also made adequate preparations, but circumstance warranted you not to visit us. However, remember that after your swearing-in by the special grace of the Almighty God on the 29th May, 2015 as we expect your person to visit us;
(a) You should never plan or hope to decamp to APC as speculated in some quarters recently because Rivers people are solidly behind you except Rotimi Amaechi’s family and a few of his supporters. Besides that, Chief Obafemi Awolowo after being premier in the then Western Region, and later went to the centre remained in opposition undaunted despite Dr. Nnamidi Azikiwe approached him to form United Progressive Grand Alliance (UPGA) later disappointed him, and formed a coalition government with the Northern Peoples Congress. He did not regretted it until he died and when he died you see the encomium outside about him, being never expected by the Yoruba world across the globe. And beside that again, Lagos State had being in opposition since 1999 to date before they merged with APC. You should never jittery but remain resolute and steadfast with the PDP. The head of the matchet is in the hands of Rivers State since we are the Treasure Base of Nigeria therefore we are not scared;
(b) In the new Rivers State House of Assembly, please let Hon. Evans Bipi be the “Speaker”, who suffered equally like you in the hands of Governor Ameachi. He has the zeal like you and confronted Governor Amaechi to this day and in a few days time, Governor Ameachi will bow out for Rivers people for socio-rapid development, security, and lawabiding during your leadership years ahead by the special grace of the Almighty God. It is natural that people should reap where they sow that is Hon. Evans Bipi from Ogu/Bolo LGA;
(c) My Governor elect, you have the great journey of the Triumphant entry into Government House on the 29th May, 2015 being Friday with the Teaming Rivers Populace by the special Grace of the Almighty God. And in the first week of your administration you should see that there is no bottleneck to stop you for you not to open the Judiciary with the most senior Judge (Okocha) to be the Chief Judge of our dear state if she has never reached the retirement age if even for one day let her hold that office before her retirement. God Almighty will be pleased with you in this regard and let the satan be put to shame;
(d) The so called threat by Buhari when sworn-in, the action he would take against the State, never you be worried. All Rivers people are behind you and never we will be changed to Islamic state by Rtd. General Buhari being president. Little he did not know, God Almighty placed Rivers State as 2nd Israelis that He is always with us. How President Goodluck Jonathan did not complete his planned 8 years is an act of God as he hates Rivers State so shall it be with Rtd. Gen. Buhari if his close friends do not advise him. I repeat, the Rivers people are solidly behind you with prayers and fasting for you to move the state forward as our Hero in the hands of abysmal administration of Governor Amaechi, so ride on indeed, Amen;
(e) In your administration, let appointments of commissioners be spread to minorities of all the 23 L.G.As because the urban citizens in the state had being commissioners since the creation of Rivers State 49 years ago. In Kalabari kingdom, it is Governor Rotimi Amaechi who held the bull by the horn and appointed Hon. Barr. Osima Ginah throughout the existence and political history of the Kalabari kingdom and he performed creditably well as you were the then Chief of staff to Governor Amaechi, Government House without mincing words. I am speaking on behalf of all the minorities in the state. This is part of the mission God has sent me to planet earth and I must go ahead without fear by His grace; so please consider this area to the benefit of the less privileged citizens of such areas to have sense of belongings in the system;
(f) Your first 6 months in office is to check ghost names both in the civil service and in the retired civil service for effective management of the resources. And if going to be implemented I will give you 3 names most honest in life outside the serving civil servants; if I am asked to do so to help your administration;
(g) I am happy to hear from radio in recent days, the building of the Rumuwoji mile one burnt market, Port Harcourt, being orchestrated by Governor Amaechi, Hon. Chimbiko Akarolo, Hon. Emmanuel Chinda and their allies. The affected traders many were dead because of frustration; many have gone home without nothing as you know how rural community is. I am equally affected as you very mach aware when your campaign team visited me in this said burnt market with her Excellency Dame Judith Amaechi and asked me to support you which I did with all my heart without reservation and the 2011 general elections was won by us. Today I am in the labour market doing nothing and only the Almighty God is taking care of me and my family since there is no money and no area to start business. God will reward you if this market is re-built according to source we heard;
(h) On the issue of the so called local government elections in the state as planned on 23/5/2015, please don’t worry about it. Don’t go to court because of it to waste your resources and energy let them conduct it with Rivers money when Governor Amaechi cannot pay salary of workers and retirees for several months up was to 3 and 5 respectively. Please just allow them to do their franchise, and a week after you have sworn-in, dissolve these so called members of council immediately which was illegal in nature as being clamoured by well-meaning Rivers people since Governor Amaechi is adamant to dictate to you those that would work with you and what of your supporters? And after your dissolution appoint a caretaker committee for 3 months only before a popular local government council election takes place. And after that, let them go to court and from there to appeal court and finally to supreme court which is not a week, a month, or one year exercise before a final judgment delivered for states quo. This is my candid opinion;
(i) Finally, My dear Governor elect, don’t be afraid because protection lies in the hands of God Almighty. We have crowned you our political leader in Rivers State which I am since looking for in the past and now, for God has done it for us. Just imagine in Imo State, the PDP candidate did not succeed to take the leadership of that state. And it’s now an APC State. It is not easy for what you have done in Rivers State. God destined you and the Rivers people to show the outgoing Governor that “POWER BELONGS TO THE ALMIGHTY GOD NOT TO PUNISH US. RIVERS ARE HIS CHOSEN PEOPLE SECOND TO THE ISRAELIS”. He will deliver you in the hands of all those who will still aim to fight against you as the elections were over. Originally, I am in the camp of Prof. Don Baridom as he invited me based on the article I wrote. Under the same PDP. I told my then Boss we will ever remain in PDP and fight the common enemy (the APC). This was our position. We all joined hands for your success never to go Islamic and in terms of appointment, please consider this University Don. He is a complete gentleman. He resigned his appointment because of politics and now he is in the labour market like me. Thank you and God bless you in this regard.
- My dear Governor Amaechi of Rivers State;
In a few days from now you will leave the scene of power in Rivers State. What is your aim to take the Rivers people to Islam? Is it possible or because you claimed arrogant, egotist, disrespect to elders and the general public of the state as you are psychiatric in health perhaps and finally you made yourself a demigod in nature etc? Had it been you are in PDP as a Christian party, and upon the development you made in the State though my Kalabari people did not benefit fairly because of your hate to we Kalabari people, don’t you think brings your sorrow now for you? And when Gen. Buhari won the just concluded presidential election, I thought you would have been one of the first 2 persons (President Jonathan) to congratulate your boss (Buhari) but it took you 2 days as I watched you before you send congratulation to him while you are the grandmaster of Gen. Buhari’s victory with Rivers peoples money. Didn’t you see that Buhari saw you as a corrupt Governor that was why he never wanted you to be his Vice though you have helped the party? I am very very sorry for your present preclicament. And don’t forget as I said in the past in my writings and the Traders letter to you through our lawyer by accusing you for the burning of the Mile one market which up till now you did not refute it was part of your down fall. This stated ghosts, would follow you and those who collaborated with you and burnt the Rumuwoji Mile One market, Port Harcourt where both living and dead got their daily bread and you sealed it off since 17 months now without any development just for a wicked act to punish your fellow human beings which you headed. God said I should tell you and your associates that you all will not have peace of mind for what you have done to the masses. For the universe is He Creation as well as controlling it. I am sorry what you and your family and your associates would pass through the rest of your lives. You are just like Gen. Ibrahim Badomasi Babangida after he set up a good political structure in Nigeria in 1993 and the world appraised him for that and later destroyed it himself, and today, he is not regarded anymore, shall be your portion too. Your looted money could not give you peace in all your endeavours. It is indeed a pity and mark you after 29/05/2015 it would be difficult for you to have a large followers as you have now. I bid you our unrepented Judas Iscariot in Rivers and Niger Delta region Goodbye.
Finally to the PDP and APC members in particular, this article being published in a local media, if you love the outgoing President Goodluck Jonathan as well as the President elect, Rtd. General Buhari, buy a copy of this medium to give each of them as you go to Abuja and let them see the hand writings on the wall by not being a mere supporter(s) hence President GoodLuck Ebele Jonathan failed of my first open letter if it had reached him and he read it and take cognizance of the contents of that letter and many articles I published with my small resource as I advised him. Today, he is the tragedy of his own shadow with your support to say it is nonsense. The milk has gone out of your mouth and I am still with my Garri in the morning, Garri in the afternoon and Garri in the evening that’s better. And finally, I owe no apology to anyone mentioned in this medium being angry, I don’t care as it is based on Facts and in Truth from records.
