After several clamoring for votes from the electrodes by political parties and political gladiators the long awaiting election has finally come and the electrodes who are the decision makers in elections have demonstrated their will power through the ballot papers which is more powerful than the bullet, and the people voice have prevail through their ballot papers which is sagacious for the strengthen of our democracy. It is an indisputable verity that some have loose and some have won but the key note is that, it is the country that wins and it is the will of people that prevail, therefore working in harmony as one people is sine-qua-non for the growth of the nation. In addition it is of great veracity that another phase of the country fate has just being established and those in the authority cannot achieve a tangible goals without the aids of the citizens, therefore the collaboration of everybody for safe navigation of the country and state affairs is of high eminent to this new government of our green land.
Congratulations to our new elected president (GMB), the states governors and kudos to the outgoing president (GEJ) who has set a legacy that will last the taste of time. Many lessons have drawn so far from the principal officer (GEJ) which the citizens need to emulate for proper maneuvering of the country status quo to a greater zenith which is the dreams of every Nigerian. No doubt that the administration faces some pros and cons but glory to God for the sustain democracy till this day.
Democracy have come to stay in our country which is the people glee but it can only last the taste of time if and if only we the citizens will keep sentiments apart and set our nation first and work together with peace and unity for us to ascertain our full potential to the glory of God and for the betterment of humanity because the past is already behind us and the future is ahead of us, therefore working together to achieve a common goal which is the greater and better Nigeria should be the priority of every Nigeria citizen be ye old or young bearing in mind that we are all to make our country and not to mar our country.
The race of the next four years will be kick-off on May 29th and much expectation has been put in place from the principals’ officials (President and state governors) and the citizens at large. The question is; can the new administration do it alone without the involvement of the youth sector? NO, due to certainty that no Nation will encounter great national development if they fail to maximize the quantum of the youthful population for her nation building, this is because the youth have enormous talents and potential to showcase if giving opportunity and enabling environment. It is very much clear that there is a great necessity for the government at all level to utilize the creativity and passion of millions of Nigerians youth who are eager and enthusiastic seeking for an opportunity to showcase what they have to the society. Education no doubt is sacrosanct to the overall development of the mindset of the youth but providing an enabling environment to showcase the knowledge gain from the education is very much imperative. I am convinced that the youth have a requisite role to play in every nation capacity building rather than to be used as tools for destruction. The leaders today were yesterday the youths meaning that the youths today will definitely become the leaders of tomorrow of our dream. Let us bear in mind that the way we train our youths today determine what they will become tomorrow being it good or evil so I solicit fervently for proper mobilization of the youth in nation building. Investing more in humanity is of great exquisite to the national development of the country. For sure any country or state that does not value its youth does not deserve the future; Therefore I beseech the new administration to provide an enabling environment where the value of the youth triumph is full potential, I agog the need of the youths in the present administration in capacity building and in decision making. Let’s the youths be draw nearer to the machinery of the state, also it will be pleasant if the youth are given chance to handle the baton of leadership in some areas of the country ranging from federal, state and the local government. The involvement of the youth in every country will tend to curtail the rate of unemployment, violence and the PHDs (poverty, hunger and diseases) in the country since the youths are partaking in the administration. I affirm this; Let’s the government join hands with the youths and say no to nepotism and tribalism and work for a better state where the future generation will be proud of. Believing in the youth and involving them in the administration will surely leads our country to achieve the dream we desire.
