Youth With A Mandate Doffs Hat For Wike

The Rivers State chapter of Youth With A Mandate has sent a message of congratulations to the Governor-Elect, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike on his electoral victory in the just concluded April 11, 2015 gubernatorial election in the State.

The congratulatory message which was signed by the State Chapter Co-ordiantor, Justice Silas Okujagu, the group also felicitated with the Deputy, Dr. (Mrs.) Ipalibo Banigo and all the State and National Assembly members elected.

Okujagu described Wike and his deputy’s electoral victory as “divine” and applauded the Governor-Elect for his doggedness, dynamic and purposefulness.

According to Okujagu, the Youth With A Mandate, is a global, social, humanitarian peace and nation building, non-governmental organization affiliated with United Nations.

The group extolled the leadership qualities of the Governor-Elect, expressing optimism that, he would bring his wealth of experience to bear in the administration of the State.

Okujagu said, “it is our hope that you will bring your wealth of experience to bear, haven held relevant political positions in the State and at the national level in the past by reconciling and bring on board of your administration, other aggrieved interest groups, irrespective of their party affiliations and ideologies in order to douse tension for sustainable peace and appoint technocrats into political positions that will move the State forward in areas of aggressive economic, industrial and infrastructural development that will guarantee massive employment generation for the State teeming populated unemployed youths of the State”.

The group prayed God Almighty to give Chief Wike and his deputy the wisdom to pilot the affairs of the State to enviable heights.
