Information available to the sports family indicates that the Nigeria Football Federation is handling over Keshi two year contract deal to coach the Super Eagles.
The question Nigerian soccer lovers and followers are asking is, Is Keshi the only coach Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) know?
Well, it is an established fact that there are much more better Nigerian born coaches littered around the country and abroad, that could make the difference with the Super Eagles, if the NFF would only give its maximum support and cooperation.
Nigeria football is in the decline since Keshi took over the mantle of coaching the super eagles.
This is because he has not develop or discovered one player for Nigeria not to talk of improving a particular player in each of the department in the field for Nigeria.
All what Keshi does is recycle players discovered by other coaches, and inviting aspiring momentarily shining players in their various clubsides.
Rather than raising up our football, Keshi has succeeded in destroying our unique pattern and style of wing and midfield play.
Before Keshi, Nigeria strength used to be on midfield and the wings. But with Keshi, Nigeria football witness the worst of it peak as they could not boast of a seasoned striker or goalscorer.
Keshi’s Eagles could not present a standard first 11 in all the competitions that the super Eagles had played.
Nigeria Super Eagles become weaker and weaken, poor scouting helped Keshi not to produce quality players for Nigeria.
Why Keshi again? Nigerians cry for a change of a coach and let Keshi go.
Contracting Keshi for now would only do Nigeria much harm than good. ###
