The Movement for the Survival of the Ijaw Ethic Nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND), wishes to inform the general public that Mr. Robert Obebara and Kennedy Frederick claiming themselves as the legitimate leaders are impersonators, and disclaimers, therefore they are hereby expelled due to their ugly behaviour against some of our members ON THE 24th of November, 2014 at about 9:15pm close to RCC Construction company along the East/West Road, on their way to Exxon Mobil for a peaceful protest for the payment of MOSIEND compensation as a result of Mobile Idoha pipeline oil spill of 1998.
For the avoidance of doubt, our noble organization wish to clear the air that Mr. Robert Obebara in the Movement for the Survival of ijaw Ethnic Nationalities in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND) is entirely different from the one late Owei Bousinate’s left over movement for the survival of the Ijaw Ethnic nationality in the Niger Delta (MOSIEND) under the leadership of President Prince Franklin E.A. Amachree.
The expulsion order was taken in our national executive meeting held in Port Harcourt, due to gross misconduct, impersonation, and anti-MOSIEND activities which violate our constitution.
