The Nigeria Football Federation has put Keshi on it tempting list. The out of contract Coach, now to sign a contract and start work soon if he so wish.
These are the words of NFF President Amaju Pinnick. In the contract terms, condition, Keshi never will agree with are there.
Keshi wanted a pay rise or increment, which the Nigeria Football Federation never agrees, meanwhile, Keshi is among three coaches penciled down to coach the Burkina Faso national team.
From the look of things, among the other coaches, Keshi record looks good for him to secure that Burkina Faso job.
Is the NFF pulling a fast joke on Keshi? Because, Keshi was working without a contract after the world cup at Brazil, but just when a country has penciled him down for a job, NFF said, Keshi can not sign a contract and start work immediately, if he agrees with the terms and conditions of NFF contract.
Whereas, all what Keshi did not agrees with are contained in the contract.
His pay increment was not considered. The Nigeria Football Federation should come out in the open to say they do not want Keshi again.
Keshi himself has right to prove himself either to sign the contract or accept the Burkina Faso job to prove how good he is as a coach.
Keshi had coached Togo and mail and qualified them into the world cup before.
The challenge is open now for Keshi to declare before the Nigerian soccer fans how principled and disciplined he is. ###
