Rotimi Amaechi, Barr. Ledum Mitee, Ken Saro-wiwa son, MOSOP President, all Ogoni communities chief and elders, youth leaders, pastors, women leaders, the media and civil society and other ogoni sons and daughters in Diaspora and other international oil and gas firm will be in attendance. The Harmonia Chinese partners have been able to consult the: Ogoni Community leaders and Mosop leadership to seek an exclusive mutually beneficial relationship with host communities in Oil Mining Leasell (OML II) that the new oil partnership with the Nigeria Petroleum Authority to restart Oil Production fully in Oil Mining Leasell (OML 11) Has acquire 45% of the staged investment plan to replace Shell he said this at the Ogoni Oil Communities leaders meeting in Gokana in Ogoni land on 1st February, 2015, the various community leaders in Ogoni have endorse the plan.

Exploration and production Company Limited and their Chinese partners, while the Federal Government would grant them the legal rights, assuring safety and peaceful operation for the clean up in Ogoni Land.
Chief Legborsi Pyagbara, MOSOP president added that Ogoni people marched against environmental degradation, economic strangulation and political slavery on 4th January, 1993. Pyagbara said “we have launched multi faceted campaign around the implementation of UNEP report that had involved protest marched, open letters, focused local and international advocacy campaigns and lobbying. All these had been done to bring pressure on the government for Ogoni clean up. The oil- bearing community leaders in Ogoni land said that ,we have resolved and hereby endorse to and have a partnered with the Harmonia Exploitation and production company and the Chinese partner for taking over the operations and the ownership of the oil mining lease 11 (OML 11) the Ogoni oilfield in Ogoni communities. The Ogoni people have suffered enough in the hand of Shell and agents. The Ogoni generation recognize the partnership and the development as contain in the Harmonia Exploitation and production company limited proposal for beneficial working relationship with Ogoni host communities in Oil Mining Lease 11 (OML 11). Ledum Mitte in the struggle of Ogoni people over 30 years, that we are aware of some agents who are working against Harmonia Exploitation and production company and the Chinese partners, that the Ogoni people have accepted Harmonia, we will restrict Shell and their agents that proceed and imposed any backdoor oil operators on the Ogoni people, we are also aware of the working against Harmonia and Chinese Oil company on the CML 1, such agents are also against, the interest of the Ogoni people, where were they, on the Ogoni day, that we have hereby accepted, endorse, declare and present Harmonia Exploitation and Production Company to the entire Ogoni people on the Ogoni day, the Ogoni people have rejected the Shell oil company in Africa, Shell investor group and that the Ogoni have given their oil mining license to Harmonia Exploitation and productions, the Ogoni Diaspora oil and gas professionals call on the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Foreign Investors finances firm, the United Nation, the Amnesty International, the Human Right Watch, the International People Right Organization, the European Union, the Economics of West African State (ECOWAS), the International Communities Ambassadors In Nigeria. The Ogoni environment day advocacy group has said that the Ogoni Cilfield will not be compromise and that we have given our social license to start preparing or resuming oil operations as they are doing the pilot clean up in Ogoni. We also call on the Federal Government and Shell to handover all their facilities in Ogoni land and kindly give the necessary support to end the oil crisis in Ogoni, oil field and production to be successful.
