The coast is now clear for the Nigeria Football Federation as the football House settles for 30th September for the election of a new president.
According to release made available to the media, sale of forms is from Monday to Wednesday while protest will be on Friday for those who might be aggrieved.
Those who had been earlier cleared before the 30th September election, will not have any fear of being revisited concerning illegibility.
The venue of the election is being slated for Warri, Delta State, come 30th September 2014, when the Nigeria Football Federation will welcome a new president to pilot the affairs of the country’s football.
As Alhaji Aminu Maigari will be bowing out to handing over to a new NFF President, the controversial factional president, Chris Giwa, the proprietor of Giwa football club, campaigning in the Nigeria Professional Football League has issued out threat, saying that all those in his camp should stay away from the September 30th election or attend and risk being arrested.
This might be a twist to the possibility of electing a new president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), the end to the crisis that had rocked the football house is still not finally cleared. ###
