Baribote Accuses FIFA of Being Partial

BARIBOTEFormer Nigeria league Board chairman, Chief Ramsom Victor Baribote has accused world football governing body, FIFA of being bias in their position in the Nigeria Maigari NFF issue.

According to the Nembe Chief, what is happening to Alhaji Aminu Maigari is just the same thing that happened to him. He pointed out that he was duly elected according to the constitution of Nigeria football laws but was unconstitutionally removed from office by some persons.

According to him, he complaint to FIFA, the world football governing body to restore peace but to his surprise, FIFA said his case is “internal affairs”.

The Bayelsa State born football administrator queried FIFA on it position on Alhaji Maigari issue, saying that “why is FIFA coming into the issue of Maigari now, is it not what happened to me that I complaint that FIFA told me that is internal affair. FIFA is partial and this is not good.

Meanwhile, FIFA has told Chris Giwa and his board to vacant the seat of power of Nigeria football, Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) saying it does not recognized Giwa’s election at the time of filing in this report.

Chief Baribote said he is not happy the way FIFA is interfering in Nigeria affairs partially. ###
