The South-South Chiefs, Elders, Sisters, Youths Network Association has thrown its weight behind the second term ambition of President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan in 2015.
The chairman of the group, High Chief Ombo Atubonoima Harry made this known while speaking in a meeting in Port Harcourt last week, said that the All Progressives Congress, APC will fail in the next year’s general election.
High Chief Atuboinoma Harry described APC members as confusonists, and urged the members of his group to ensure they register as voters in the forthcoming election.
In his speech, High Chief Ateke Tom through his representative, Tamonukala reiterated his support for an Ijaw Governor in 2015.
In her speech, Daba Manuel Obiola appealed that she should be given the mandate to represent the people of Rivers West Senatorial District in the Upper House of the National Assembly.
The women leader, Jane Ezeagu in her statement said that PDP will win the 2015 general election. ###
