Judges annual vacation will commence on August 1, 2014 and ends on September 11, 2014.
This was contained in a release, entitled, “ RE: Judges Annual Vocation”, made available to this weekly on Wednesday.
The release which was signed by the Chief Registrar, High Court, L.K Adoki, Esq reads in part: “This is to inform Your Lordship of the provisions of Order 45 Rule 4(d), Rules of the High Court 2010 and to inform you that Judges Annual Vacation will commence on the 1st August, 2014.
It will terminate on the 11th of September, 2014”.
The release was copied to all the judges of the High Court of Justice, Rivers State Judiciary and all branch chairmen of Nigeria Bar Association, Rivers State. ##
