In a bid to have a solid football administration and management in Nigeria, the chairman of Allstars International football club of Port Harcourt, Sir. John Peterside has said that Nigeria needs to develop football culture first and sustain it with rapid grassroots academy, adding that, this should be followed up with effective football management and administration.

He admonished that football is a game of planning, you must plan and set target to capture whatever trophy you might want to compete for, saying that you cannot win in a hurry it must be planned.
Sir. Peterside would want football administrators in Nigeria to be more purposeful as to reap it dividend. For that to happen, he intimated The Newswriter sport that, rapid grassroots academy, effective football management and administration should be pursued.
