The injustice of Nigeria football administration is about playing out a bad drama to the detriment of Nigeria football as Mrs. Baribote, Ebiakpo gives conditions of withdrawal of court case against the Alhaji Aminu led Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
Mrs. Ebiakpo Victor Baribote has given her conditions for the Nigeria ministry of sports and Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) to withdraw the 15years ban slammed on her husband, Chief Victor Ramsom Baribote and reinstate him as the 2nd vice president of the then Nigeria Premier League (NPL), before she will withdraw the case from the court against the Alhaji Maigari led Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).
It would be recalled that FIFA has earlier suspended Nigeria owing to the court case and sack of Alhaji Maigari led Nigeria Football Federation Board, saying that if Alhaji Maigari board is not reinstated Nigeria will be banned from all FIFA organized football competitions.
The Nigeria female football team is due to participate in female world cup and the Golden Eagles are preparing to defend their championship titled in a few days to come, if the court case is not withdrawn and Alhaji Maigari led Nigeria Football Federation is reinstated, if that is not done until 17th, FIFA hammer will hit Nigeria as the ban will entail Nigeria not participating in all FIFA organized football competitions.
As it is, the battle line is draw as FIFA has given up to 17th July, 2014 for Nigeria to withdraw the court case against the Alhaji Maigari sacked board and equally reinstate it, else, Nigeria will stop participating in all FIFA organized competitions, including friendly football match with other FIFA member countries.
Mrs. Baribote is arguing that her husband was wrongly sacked and treated as he was booted out from office illegally as well as punished with 15 years ban not to get associate or involved in all football related issues in the land.
Chief Victor Ramsom Baribote is the owner and sponsor of Nembe city football club, and since the ban, he had stayed out of associating with his owned football club.
The situation has also started affecting Nembe city football club as the team is being owed (6) six months salaries. The players are in top form to prosecute their FA cup but the issue on ground may be a factor to affect the psychic as human beings which may also affect their productivity at the end of the day.
Will Mrs. Baribote, Ebiakpo Victor Baribote withdraw the case from court or will Chief Victor Ramsome Baribote be reinstated as Nigeria premier league chairman, 2nd Vice president of Nigeria Football Federation (NFF)? Only time will tell. ###
