UN: Okunerere, Uchey, Others For New York Confab

The International Association of World Peace Advocate has nominated fifteen eminent personalities that would participate in the forthcoming 65th annual United Nations Department of Public Information NGO conference.

The nomination of the eminent personalities was concluded sequel to the approval by the United Nations Department of Public Information during the 70th birth day celebration of the UN Secretary General, Ban ki-Moon at the Banquet Hall Government House, Bayelsa State. The 65th annual UN DPI NGO conference is billed for August 24th – 29th at the UN headquarters, New York.

According to the International spokesman of the organization, Amb. Emmanuel Nkweke fifteen eminent personalities have been approved to represent the organization in New York due to their active participation in peace mission, adding that the Elimgbu community in Obio/Akpor Local Government Area of Rivers State was spotted as the most peaceful community in Niger Delta.

Amb. Nkweke, however hinted that His Royal Majesty Eze Amb. Dr. J.A. Uchey whose nomination as eminent peace ambassador will in no distant time usher in spread of peace in the South-South region of Nigeria and Apostle Barr. Phil Okunerere of the Adoration Ministry International who was also been conferred as eminent peace ambassador are among the contigents who will be present at the New York conference.

Presently, Okunerere has been appointed as one of the international patrons of the organization in Africa

Others nominated to participate at the forthcoming 65th annual United Nations Department of Public Information NGO conference New York include: Emmanuel Nkweke, Amb. Augustine Orji, Amb. Jude Onwusonye and others. ###
