A prominent supporter of the Pro-Amaechi group who pleaded anonymity has berated Governor Chibuike Amaechi’s style of leadership, saying that the governor is misleading his supporters.
Speaking to The Newswriter political desk on Tuesday in Port Harcourt, the source maintained that the Governor who is not returning to office is plotting his supporters out of the political way by his numerous utterances and activities in the polity.
The source using Senator Magnus Ngei Abe’s circumstance as a pointer and wondered why Senator Abe would have been used to act such unprofitable drama in the eyes of the world.
The Amaechi supporter who equally cited the arrest and detention of some local government chairmen in the state blamed all on the governor’s style of leadership.
In a similar development, another supporter of the All Progressives Congress, Confidence Amadi has said the manner and way in which the Governor is going, the chances of the party coming out with its proposed ‘change’ would be hard to come by.
According to Amadi, “many supporters are now seeing the need to return to the base, the PDP since the Governor’s styles and antics are all manipulative and lacking in truth. We are contemplating going back to where truth and actions are genuine”. ###
