18. The Fish Pond in Buguma City.
At times we accuse operators of government business in the state and federal but we are the architects of our misfortunes. The multi- Government fish pond is in the heart of Buguma City, yet the citizens could not protect it by the teaming Youths of the city with the proceeds of Cawthorn Channel coming into the city unabated of the denial of money to the Youths but only enjoyed by a handful of persons and chiefs is not a good practice for social security activities everywhere are not acceptable in our daily life.
Another is about Buguma Internal Affairs Society (BIAS) who are the eyes of Bugurna City. I recall in those days of Chiefs Morgan lkiriko and S. O. Princewill all of the blessed memory. These past presidents held the Bull by the horns in their days as if it is their personal and private enterprises that forges Buguma matters amongst equals anywhere in Kalabari kingdom and elsewhere. The Local government Council is not to go and disturb other people holding their peaceful meetings are the answers while security vote of N5m as at when due are collected which include the fish pond.
The citizens of Buguma should rise up to say No to Cult related activities including kidnapping. Buguma being the second largest city in Rivers State after Port Harcourt our state capital is the traditional home of the Monarch where all traditional matters stock piled. The moment citizens of Buguma rise up to fight this menace all communities within and round it shall kick against this inhuman behaviours.
His Majesty King TJ.T Princewill Amachree Xl should call a meeting at Abalama for all Kalabari Chiefs and citizens conference to hold for a permanent solution. I have several plans to this effect to inform the August gathering if it is accepted by the King and it will be a permanent way forward. And unless we rise up to the challenges we should not blame government including Governor Amaechi who is the Head. It is high time His Majesty listens outsiders better than the people around Him, it shall be better for our kingdom.
The Buguma fish pond shall benefit Buguma most for its social activities than any other groups in Kalabari Kingdom including outsiders. And until this advise is implemented, we should not expect government going to commission it because government cannot invest any meaningful project where there is no sense of belongings and social unrest. The foreign partners too cannot come to risk their lives and invest resources for nothing. I conclude to say a word is enough to my Kalabari people especial the Buguma community in particular.
19. Hon. ChimbikoAkaralo evil plans against Governor Rotimi Amaechi.
On a Palm Sunday of this year 24/3)2013, Hon. Chimbiko Akaralo, the Mayor of Port Harcourt City Council (Phalga) invited me to come with few persons in my Exco to his house. I then took my Vice, my Treasurer, my Personal Assistant and the Assistant General Secretary to his house and he told us that we should forget the incoming Management Committee of Hon. Emmanuel Chinda, the Agriculture Commissioner, that after several hours he interviewed the proposed management committee chairman, he found out that he had no skill in management therefore he would not allow him to handle the job being a mere contractor and urge us to work with him. He stated so many things and I ordered my colleagues not to say anything to respond him because he will use us to say this or that is what we said as a politician and finally we thanked him and left. We did not inform Hon. Chinda the development from Hon. Akaralo. But maybe by fear of losing out of he Hon. Emmanuel Chinda being personally awarded to himself this contract outside what His Excellency directed him on the issue, he made the diarchy with Akaralo to benefit in disregard to Governor Amaechi orders and plans. And moreover, hoping and seeing what Governor Amaechi his facing with President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, it will be a work over of His Excellency Governor Amaechi to be dropped in a close date hence. they organized the majority Ibos in the Rumuwoji market and overthrow the leadership of Chief Y. O.C. Georgewill which His Excellency gave the key on 4/5/2012 against their unsatisfactory condition to manage it.
Today so many things are going wrong in that market including imposition of unwarranted illegal fees collected by Hon. Akaralo and Hon. Emmanuel Chinda benefits. The traders are asked to pay the remaining 40% balance into their private account without Government directive to pay into a designated bank. His Excellency should stop them without delay otherwise the public would be duped tremendously.
And beside this demand of payment, it is Chief Y.O.C.Georgewill who signed surety between the Government and the traders ought to be informed to alert the Traders to do so.
In my view, Governor Amaechi should be careful, for some of those who are working with him in his cabinet are espionage including some of the Local Government Chairmen. His Excellency should know what to do when appropriate but let it not be too long for them not to be sending signals to those who are fighting him to get more grounds.
20. What the Chief of Staff Governnent House Mr. Tony Okocha ought to do and failed.
By appointing a particular officer in a particular LGA I do not know whether it is the manifesto of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) rules and regulations otherwise I see no reason why the present chief of staff shall still come in Obio/Akpo LGA. Many letters were sent including my Association own through me to Government House on solidarity support approval and from the public were put into the dustbin without mere reply to say we are sorry that it will not be possible or allowed. I do not know also again whether His Excellency is aware of this especial concern by members of the public during his most critical periods of his travail for such solidarity being turned down by the chief of staff. It is too bad of his action. This is second Nyesom Wike and of course they are all from Obio/Akpo no doubt.
His Excellency political mentor, Dr. Peter Odili directed all those who handles public letters to be forwarded to him without putting it into dustbin hence the N66m. promised to the fire victims of Rumuwoji Traders in 2004 fire including the Federal Government relief package did not go into the same wrong hand of one Prince Akaralo a cousin who was in charge of Phalga Council as a reminder though up to this day that money had not been paid by the Rivers State Government after series of requests for payment to us had been deaf ears by Government:
A true leader never afraid of foes such as Dr. Julius Nyerere of Tansania, Dr. Kwame Nkurumah of Ghana all of blessed memory and lastly a one time Lagos State Governor between 1979-1983 Aihaji Lateef Jakande whose office were opened for 18 hours every day to members of the public and only 6 hours were meant for sleeping ought to be associated since Governor Amaechi is a visionary leader. This is what I expected Governor Amaechi to be and mark him, in less than 2 years to come, no body will eager to see him for one solidarity or another as it is now because for now he is .he father to all no matter his age since he is the Head of Government in Rivers State should adopt so.
His Excellency should advise his Chief of staff to attend public well or may he be replaced immediately. This office is not meant for Obio/Akpo alone to handle it. lt is a general office as he is not doing well except his Excellency Governor Amaechi instructed him to do so which is uncalled for.
21. The Bus stop seats, the Traffic Lights, the Monorail to mention but a few and the Scrapping of Ministry of Water Resources.
Your Excellency, by the special grace from the Almighty God, I am today an elder statesman, and by His grace too I was once in government and served my people meritoriously. My track records are there in the old Degema Local Government Council which ended on 3rd May, 1989 and also a pioneer councillor and pioneer Deputy Chairman Asari-Toru Local Government Council which we inaugurated and served. Presently if an opportunity is given to me with free hands either by appointment or an elective post, I will excel beyond all reasonable doubt to the happiness of the people I may serve except the dare hearted foes. And beside these mentioned areas, my track records are also there in my mother’s community -Angulama in Asalga, the Cennorsia Council of Chiefs which I served as the Secretary-General for 9 Years also in Asalga and resigned because of brickering by some Chiefs later without the council voted me out and also in Ward 13 too In Asalga which is my Ward, and finally, in Rumuwoji market Port Harcourt, where l have served 45Years much above my total years l have spent by His grace on this planet earth so please hear below some areas attentively:
(A) Whoever Your Excellency administration awarded the existing Bus Stop to it shall be completed before Your terminal exit date;
(b) Whatever ministry that is in charge of the Traffic Lights, It shall be re-instated and functional before Your terminal exit date;
(c) The slow space of Monorail, if care is not taken, cannot be used for experimental basis therefore “re-award” the contract to Julius Berger for accelerated completion and be commissioned by Yourself before Your terminal exit date;
(d) And sine I mentioned but a few, at no point, will the people of this state in Your Excellency’s Budget speech of next year to hear an “allocation to the Ministry of Water resources” because by the end of this year, it is exactly l3 years and 7 months, there is an uninterrupted civilian administration in this country and in our Rivers State. This ministry of Water resources Budgeted allocations In the past were severally with huge billions of Naira of Tax payers money were announced and yet, there is no water in all residential houses in the city of Port Harcourt and all the LGAs except Boreholes which some individuals put in their premises. In fact too many Government Ministries and parastatals, water is supplied by Meruwa (water suppliers). And I ask where are the Budgeted amount goes or kept? Hence it should be scrapped.
22. The promises of a jetty in Angulama and a Health Centre in Minama all in Asalga.
Firstly, let me thank His Excellency for his promise of a Modern Health Centre to the people of Minama and a Jetty to the people of Angulama. All these promises were made public last meet-the- people tour in Buguma City Headquarters of Asari-Toru Local Government Area in a Town half meeting at the K.N.C field which I was there and contributed the people of Cennorsia in Asalga are being marginalized in all political appointments on record of His Excellency 2nd Tenure.
However, the Minama Modern Health Centre project has taken off and I believe with God Almighty it would be completed and commissioned by government before the D Day.
(e) But that of the Jetty for Angulama also in Asalga Ward 13 is yet to take off: His Excellency, let that jetty also take off this year because what the people of Angulama is passing through during ebbing tide from their unknown existing History, the plight of it could not be stated in the pages of newspaper unless one goes there and see it by himself. This is not an exaggeration to say by me as a Chief and citizen of this community.
Your former SSG now Senator Magnus Abe on 5/9/2009 who represented You on a reception given to Your former commissioner of urban development is alive to tell You better including some government dignitaries who graced that occasion when I was the Regent of this community at that time. And besides, no government(s) had ever sited any project except the only drainage that was constructed by the then Degema Local Government Council through me in 1988/89 where I was a cabinet member in frat council. Apart from that, the model Primary School which is still under construction by Your Excellency’s administration and besides, all other projects one will be seen are all community and individuals efforts.
It will be pertinent to note that if the content of this request meet Your Excellency’s approval, I appeal in strong terms to AWARD it to me the CONTRACT of the JETTY since I am a strong supporter of Your Excellency as well a citizen of that place and the 1st Chief of that community who made it easier for other Chiefs to come behind me and accepted them in a colourful ceremony in Chieftaincy activities in Kalabari lands.
This said contract if given to me with regular payments schedules, I shall complete it on a record time for Your Excellency to commission it as well before your terminal exit date too.
Sir, ask those who know me. I am a community developer who awarded scholarship to all students of the Government Comprehensive Secondary School established by Military administration after its takeoff when Hon. Ebenezer Isokariari was the Head of Service.
I have a federal Registered Contract documents up to date. I am also one of Your Excellency’s strongest supporters and appreciate all You are doing as I have not benefited at all though You gave me the key of Rumuwoji ultra Modern Phase One Market and I did everything as a decent leader with my Exco as I gave a statement of account during our peaceful demonstration on 4/9/2013 where Hon. Chimbiko Akaralo and Hon. Emmanuel Chinda diarchy action to oppose the order of His Excellency and took away the key from me for their selfish reasons.
Finally, I hope ?or Your Excellency consideration as above. I will not disappoint you but to evolved productivity. Angulama is the oldest town in the whole of Kalabari Kingdom and it is a Landlock community for Your Excellency to consider in earnest. My Tel No. is 08037331331.
23. One more Model Health Centre for the people of Central group Ward 13-Asalga
Your Excellency, Sir, let it not look as if I am demanding too much. An animal who has no tail to clear flies, it is the Almighty God who is clearing those flies for it so you are to us in my thinking because the first Governor to appoint a person from minority area in the History of Rivers State in person of Hon. Barrister Osima Ginah who hails from Angulama and served Your Excellency’s administration with all loyalties to God and humanity and You also sited the first laudable Government model school in Angulama and Omekwe-Taria-ama respectively hence all these requests.
(1) Another Model Health Centre be sited at Angulama to serve both Omekweama, Angulama at the middle and Omekwe Taria-ama respectively on the island of WARD 13 autonomous communities.
(g) While the ongoing Model Health Centre construction is to serve Krakrama, Minama at the middle and Sangama at the other wing to save lives at every time of the lives of the people of this area.
24. Re-visit of Commissioner Mbu Joseph Mbu on 53rd Independence Anniversary Day Celebration,
I, a lover of my Rivers State and Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi
Amaechi administration, Government House official did not accord me special invitation of such good gesture use to come to me on several occasions in the past but since the present chief of staff assumes office, this special recognition has never come to me yet I decided, I must be at the Liberation Stadium to see whether Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu would not allow His Excellency to take the salute of our 53rd Independence Anniversary I reached there on time I regarded my position, ought to be at the VIP area and not to sit at the commoners place so I moved down to VIP gate where Mr Mbu Joseph Mbu men standby with their automatic Riffles. I approached them gently to allow me as an elder statesman to go in and seat Initially the security men were about to refuse me but later they changed their minds by virtue of how I appear and approached them and sat near the radio/journalist stand of the V.I.P I am the only person of course to seat there I thank the boys’ police that allowed me They respect elders. May they have their promotions regularly.
And soon after I took my seat, the deputy Governor arrived with other dignitaries followed with continuous announcements by the MC and sooner than about 11:10am, His Excellency, Governor Amaechi arrived. We all stand up for him and immediately the National Anthem was sang.
What I observed on Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu, there was no way he could stop Governor Amaechi on that Historic occasion otherwise he would have done that. The policemen were not in their beautiful Independence Day celebration uniform but only a handful of the police, the Navy and the Army attended. The 15 thousand capacity stadium was empty that those who attended, were less than compared to the era before Mbu Joseph Mbu arrival to the state. The Principals, the Headmasters and the Headmistress of the school of deaf students and pupils who made it 15% live to the August occasion.
And I believe what is happening in the state by Mbu Joseph Mbu confronting our Governor on so many areas the citizens lost interest to attend. I also thank the newly recruited Teachers who also joined the match past which Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu refused them at the very Liberation Stadium to receive heir posting letters after they must have addressed by government representatives.
Finally, from my look of things, it is high time for Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu to leave Rivers State for Rivers people being lawful citizens before 1999.
Since Governor Amaechi came to power 6 years ago, he is trying to bring status quo where Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu triggers as Dr. Peter Odili messed up the state to becoming a lawful area again.
Mbu Joseph Mbu should leave Rivers State for Rivers people by asking for his transfer personally for Abuja who brought him to note with Muhammed Abubakar the Inspector General of Police. (Comment form Chief Y. O. C.Georgewill).
25. Governor Amaechi A Lion Hearted Governor for Rivers State and its citizenry
Let all Rivers State citizens rise up and embrace our dear Governor. He is a Lion hearted Governor. I am a citizen of this state, I love him, I accept his speeches being educative as some accuse him, it is insults which I debunk in its entirety. At several occasions he addressed my King and the entire Kalabari people where I was not left out in such occasions unless I don’t know. I see that he is trying to tell the Kalabari people to know where they belong in the past.
I admire him to the bottom of my heart on the recent speech he made at the Liberation Stadium on the 53 Nigeria Independence Anniversary when the MC asked him after the March Past to deliver the president speech at the occasion. As he stood up and told those of us who were present that Mr. President did not sent him a copy of his address either by email etc and warned Mr. Mbu Joseph Mbu not to make Rivers State a Police or Military State for his mandate is purely on civilian administration, and anybody who would rule Rivers State shall and must come from the same process after his tenure.
Governor Amaechi, by my age, I am his father because my first son was born the same year with him He is our Dr Nelson Mandela as I am also nicknamed in Rumuwoji market, Port Harcourt He is Patrice Lumumba of the then Congo Kinshasha.
He is Nikoli Lenin of the former Soviet Union and Chairman Moa of the Peoples Republic of China etc.
Defend our rights and fear no foe. God is with you always. Don’t fail to recite Psalm 23 as a Christian always in your morning and evening prayers. The Almighty God shall and will stand always by your side to fight your enemies into the Red Sea as it was in the days of Moses with God. Let some one who would take over from You should learn Your courage development according to Dr. Bishop Wator at the retreat in 2008 at Nbocha Eleme if nobody accepts or admires You, I Chief Young Obene Clarke Georgewill admire You best and I will pray for you as others are praying for me as our leader. 26. Ah! he, who laughs last, laughs best. President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Acceptance of my Open letter and other write up suggestions.
Ah! I am the person who laugh last to laugh best of my first open letter of 11th February, 2013 to president Goodluck Ebele Jonathan if he knows the significant of 11th February in world history, he would have acted immediately and even called me nearer himself to advise him than the people around being his advisers. I believe his doctorate degree is not for history otherwise he would have known it immediately and acted as soon as I published that open letter to him.
Now let me tell the reading public the importance of 11th of any month particular February and September at the close of last century and at the beginning of this 21st century and millennium era.
Dear readers know it now: the 11th February 1990 was the date the world most renowned freedom fighter of our age in person of Dr. Nelson Mandela was released from the South African Robin Island prison after he spent 27 years for South Africa majority against minority white rule to set free of his people as a youth at the age of 45 years by majority whites (Apartheid).
The 11th September 2001 was the unforgettable attack by Osama Bin Laden that surprised the world most powerful country the United State of America (US) that the twin sky scrapers of world trade centre in New York City that killed over 1400 souls in the early hours on that day so significant, and this is it.
President Jonathan should take away shame and thank me. And an other area that made him not to harden his mind was as he visited US for the 68 General Assembly of the United Nation as President Barrack Obama invitation to him; he might have seconded my suggestion. I don’t want President Jonathan to thank me as I stated above but I must thank God the Almighty for the knowledge given to me to write for the public to read my articles who are praising and encouraging me to do so and are taking extracts in my writings.

From President Jonathan broadcast to set up this committee of 13- wise-men to submit its report within one month as the terms of reference indicated, the committee may probably stay in Abuja and do the work to meet up the deadline or may go to the selected areas in the regions, and when the committee submits its report to Mr. President then sends it to the national assembly in Abuja they should not waste time for an Act for Mr. President Ascent for a separate body to debate it immediately across the regions.
In this proposed Assembly, Traders representatives shall be inclusive at all cost in each of the Regions or the states as to spend 2 days for public hearing including Abuja and bring its report for the way forward against any other business.
The National Assembly puppets and stooges that shall shun minority areas representatives not to speak but rather to sit down when making a speech will be a thing of the past since our national assembly today is being a cultist one of those who is to speak is not part of their cult group, they will not allow such person(s) to speak and say, the minority will have their say and the so called majority would have their way syndrome shall be ruled out in this Assembly. And our eyes in this special area I have just disclosed otherwise they will confuse President Jonathan and hijack it because no matter his educational qualifications, he is not a person like me to know what a person is doing and may only rely on stooges advisers.
27. Advice to 13 Wisemen Committee on Proposed National Dialogue/Conference.
I may modify or simply their set up in this way; Dr. Femi Okurounmu in this case is our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ while the rest 12 members are the disciples of Dr. Okurounmu and at the end of their committee report whether we like it or not there must be a Judas-Iscariot in their midst. But I will say that let that Judas-Iscariot ambitions do not over power their assignment as I look at their track records in the past. The world is looking upon them all and if they fulfill their mission assignment without personal aggrandizements against collective interest of the nation their names shall enter into the golden history book and not into the bad book because the present day Nigerians are corrupt and the world is hoping to recon them in this special assignment. Therefore, Dr. Okurounmu, let our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit help you as the Chairnan in this onerous task with you and your committee members thus I pray for you.
28. The 1G. (Muhammed Abubakar) ought to be retired.
Before Inspector General of Police Mr. Abubakar appointment as Inspector General of Police (I.G.), he was one of the A.l.Gs that had headed several Zones across the country. Both his utterances and actions many criticized him in the past yet Mr. President appointed him the substantive l.G. and finally confirmed I.G.
This is a man who cannot advise President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan for the transfer of police commissioner Mbu Joseph Mbu of Rivers State in spite of his several police trainings for Mr. President the way forward because they are all birds of the same feathers so to say. I therefore urge all Nigerians to rise up and speak with one voice for Mr. Abubakar the current Inspector General of Police to be retired immediately and let Mr. President. appoint AIG T.Y.Muhammad of Zone 9 to take over who is highly disciplined and security conscious by those who know him better.
29. A short points areas and advice to Governor Amaechi.
Rivers stake is one of the state created 46 years ago, and no government of the state as has constructed a round and completed it in any part of the 3 Kalabari L.G.As to date. I therefore appeal in strong terms as a community leader on behalf of the Central Group Ward 13 in Asari-Toru Local Government Area as Follows:
(h) Since Central Group is in the Kalabari kingdom of Trans Kalabari highway roads and bridges projects, the 18.5km road being the longest of its roads projects and a Bridge of less than 500 meters long at Degema L.G.A Headquarters to Krakrama or from Ifoko to Sangama all in Asari Toru LGA according to NDDC report of 2008 stakeholders meeting be in the next year’s Budget of the state for construction and completion before the terminal date of Your Excellency’s administration on 25th May. 2015 for Historians to record it in their books about You for posterity to read and know who did it;
(i) The promised Jetty for Angulama in a town hail meeting of the peoples Tour by Your Excellency visit last year at Buguma the Headquarters of Asari-Toru Local Government Area shall also be include in the next year’s budget please. Angulama being unfortunate and unknown history date of existence as a community by its citizen and other historians to enable them see the light of way to land and go out during their ebbing tide;
(i) My suggested above modern health centre which cut across the state by Your Excellency administration acclaimed the best be included to the landlocked community of the people of Angulama in next year’s budget please for its construction and completion to serve. Omekweama, Angularna at the centre and Omekwe-Tariama respectively on emergency situation which is claiming several lives annually in these areas;
(k) Your Excellency should limit your travelling from now to your terminal date especially by air. There is nothing Nigerians cannot do to take the life of an opponent if even the person he or she loves most is in such disaster where the person he hates most is among the victims he or she shall be happier to forget his love one being inclusive in, such an unfortunate incident. This is the Nigeria man generally;
(I) All ongoing projects completion shall be focused in next year’s budget and be commissioned by Your Excellency before leaving at the terminal date because some Nigerians are wicked in their hearts also and may decide to abandon such project(s) you have started left undone and pursue their own against the liabilities you took over on 26/10/2007 and have completed all such projects being an added plus of Your Excellency’s administration for those of us who watch it and admire as a leader of our age, and please take judicial notice of these areas indeed.
30. The demise of Senator (Dr.) Ibieyekaribo Martins Yellow and Rt Hon. Tonve Harrv on the news of 411012014
Death is inevitable to all living souls on the planet earth, And it is a death which all living souls owed and shall be called upon one day whether poor or rich and it will come at a time whether you are prepared or not but one thing we must not fail to know is how we make it as actors and actresses when we are alive whether someone is to talk good of you or to talk bad of you.
One statement said, the dead don’t speak. I debunked this statement in one of my writings. I say the dead speaks because it is the good work of a dead person that speaks for itself as that person is no more alive while the other also spoke on the areas he or she played fowl when alive.
I now ask, where are the monies collected on constituent funds projects for eight solid years of late Senator Yellow kept for himself on Rivers West Senatorial Representative in the National Assembly, and also Rt. Hon. Tonye Harry 8 years as Deputy Speaker, Rivers State House of Assembly, become speaker for another 4 years making a total of 12 years, and finally becomes a member still of Rivers State House of Assembly for all these constituent funds project collected without a single work executed by him as I supported Governor Amaechi as he sacked him as the Speaker when he was alive in one of my writings too. Where are all these accumulated wealth of the people kept? Are they going to use it in the dead world? Vanity of vanities all is vanity said the preacier, in Ecclesiastes chapter 1 verse 2and 3.
In this edition, my special thanks go to all Buguma and Abonnema Legislators for judicious spending of their constituency project funds being executed to the electorates.
Let me finally advice all elected politicians to execute projects meant for the people to be remembered of their good works during and after ones demise. This is what the Bible asked us to do as leaders in our own time.

(U Hon. Nyesom Wike should remain quiet for selling his brother Governor Amaechi) for a pound of flesh as President Jonathan has given him the Minister of Education. He is accusing Governor Amaechi of his so called insult to orders. Nyesom Wike insulted me when His Excellency Governor Amaechi invited me to Government House immediately after the general elections in 2011 and told he Nyesom Wike to allow me to see him as I went to Government House 3 good times on that day and he Nyesom dribbled me here and there and made it difficult for me to see the Governor. Which insult is greater than this? I believe he did same to many elders too in such circumstances. Was it not great insults to elders of Rivers State? How many of Nyesom Wike family voted Governor Arnaechi? In spite of the millions of families who voted for the Governor. Therefore Hon. Nyesom Wike should remain quiet against the Governor now and ever. He is dust in the midst of Rivers people as a whole. l am warning him as his father’s age against God’s wrath to come over him;
(ii) The sins Governor Amaechi committed are: He refused to share money and used it to the development of the state for the benefits of all, and finally he refused President Goodluck Jonathan request to concede the 011 Wells in Akuku-Toru LGA into Nembe and Ogbia In Bayelsa State respectively;
(iii) My people of Kalabari Kingdom, truth is always bitter but at last it must come to stay. The 2015 Governor of Rivers State is for the Ogonis so let us rally round them to get it. They are not slaves, while the Deputy is for we the Kalabari whether others like it or not and Hon. Barr. Osima Ginah shall fit that office cause of his track records in Government particularly the Kengenma GDI of Hon. Nyesom politician wing follows to note this. My Kalabari people should take note if this country will not break before that time, while Hon. Ebenezer Isokariari and Hon. Paul Awoyesuku should standby when it comes to our turn for either of them to become the Governor by providence will;
(iv) And in the events the committee of the 13 -Wisemen messes up by Nigerians, the military should takeover to sanitize the system because the present crop of politicians have failed the country and had nothing to offer Nigerians for a long period of uninterrupted military intervention;
(v) A general from the reserved list of the senior army officers being retired shall head the military Government in case, and it shall be Gen. lbrahim Babamosi Babangda alias (IBB retired) to be invited to re-structure Nigeria political system;
(vi) Including those who would go against the 13-Wisemen committee report to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan set up should remain focused;
(vii) In case the military takes over: Creations of more States and Local Government Areas and Wards on Equal Basis shall be between the North and the south respectively even though he messed up on June12 1993 elections matters. And this one year period, a constitution acceptable by all tribes or regions in Nigeria e put in place before a general election be conducted to usher in a well organized democratically elected government where he Gen Babanginda will not contest. He is only for the political setting up based on his previous records and nothing more than that;
(viii) President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has done something that gladdens the minds of many Nigerians the way forward by the 13- Wisemen committee assignment And let him invite his Boy (Governor Amaechi) to reconcile with him immediately. Let him also put all vigours for the immediate completion of East/West, Bomu/Bonny & Yenagoa/Kolo/Nembe/Brass Roads, for at least 75% work done not on hearsay but fiscal seeing it by we Nigerians for him to sail through in 2015 general elections if at all it will hold else he should forget the 2015 general elections if even the so called PDP stalwarts give him ticket, with God on the side of Nigerians and Niger Delta he will fail, if he ignores this passage;
(ix) In addition, the police commissioner Mbu Joseph Mbu should be transferred with immediate effect to allow Rivers State remains the most peaceful state in the country before the arrivals of Mbu Joseph Mbu. And again, the Inspectcr General of Police Mr. Muhammed Abubakar shall go on compulsory retirement leave and AIG T.Y Muhammed of Zone 9 Umuahia, Abia State, be appointed in the substantive Inspector General of Police (IG) who is more disciplined in character as well as security conscious AIG to fill the vacuum when Abubakar goes on retirement leave for the nation to abreast security across the nation:
(x) Someone will ask why I suggest military shall takeover as I said above that I will answer the question at the concluding end is because our politicians have failed the nation for those things that the citizens of this great country expected of them to do but rather ignored and doing the opposite and pursuing only their selfish interests for the past 14 years of an uninterrupted military;
(xi) And, the way to end up any bad government is the military to takeover, due to insensitivities, greed, nepotism, corruptions in a large number by the present politicians, self-centered and lack of security of lives and properties which suppose to be enjoyed by the common man is no more available. Egypt is presently controlled by the military and the United States (US) in particular and the United Nations (UN) in General has given Egypt a time frame to work for the return to democratic rule. Therefore if all avenues of dialogue fails for the nation to decay away, the alternative and lasting solution is the military to takeover on a temporary bases of one year because, Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar handed over to president Olusegu Obasanjo in 1999, 29th may, just only 10 months, so military can make it a full 12 calender months from records;
