As the 2013 draws to it close, the grassroots football clubs in some Rivers communities have thought it fit to end the year with friendly unity football competition.
It is then not surprising that Okrika United Stars will be hosting Noble football club of Port Harcourt in a friendly end of year football match.
Speaking to The Newswriter sports, the president of Okrika United Stars, Opus Steve Dappa disclosed that his team has chosen Noble Allstars Football Club Port Harcourt in a friendly football match to end the club’s end of year football activities.
He disclosed that the match will be played at Okrika Grammar School (OGS) football pitch.
He also added that the high profile friendly football match will be played on Saturday, this weekend.
He used this medium to invite all soccer loving Nigerians to come watch the two social recreational football clubs, made up of retired footballers doing it in a big ways as never in the pitch before. ###
