Impeccable sources have hinted this publication that, the deposed speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Otelemaba Dan Amachree and some ardent supporters of Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi in the Asari-Toru Local Government Area (Asalga) had recently locked horns following the compilation of the names of the executive officers of the All Progressives Congress (APC)in the area.
The sources told our correspondent that trouble started when the impeached speaker of the RSHA made frantic moves to produce all the executive officers of the opposition APC in Asalga.
The ex-speaker’s intention to control all the officers of the opposition party in the LGA was however, crushed by some Amaechi’s men.
Sources told our political correspondent that, Rt. Hon. Dan Amachree is now at the cross road as he lost grip of the compilation of the names of the APC officers in the Asalga. ###
