Eduoke Secures Maximum Point For Dolphins Against Lobi Stars

EGUMA-SUPER EAGLESInjury worried Dolphins of Port Harcourt on 12th of October played one of the best football ever witnessed by Port Harcourt football followers to beat Lobi Stars in the GLO sponsor Nigeria Professional Football League.

It was Emem Eduoke spotting Jersey No. 11 that made Dolphins smile home with victory at the 60th minute of the second half in week 36 in the 2012/2013 Nigeria football season played at liberation stadium, Elekahia.

Dolphins proved a better side in that encounter but coach Stanley Eguma has to do more of goal scoring with his lads or forget it in the league as the league coast to it end two Sunday to come at home for Dolphins.

If Dolphins hope to win the remaining one away and the last home matches, then any player he features should be aware that goal scoring is the business of the game or forget it. This is because; Dolphins will do the playing but lack goal scoring ability.

Speaking to sports journalists shortly after the match, coach Stanley Eguma disclosed that all his sharp attackers are down with injury hence his side goal draught. However, he said if officiating is right, he hopes to pick point in the remaining two matches, both in away and at home.

Coach Evans Ogeyi, Lobi stars coach said he loss to a better side, stating that his players disappointed him on their match plans.

He promised to come up with a new branded side in the new Nigeria football season next year and advised sports journalists to be analytic in their reports while commending the pen pushers. ###
