Diobu Mok Nation Soccer Competition Kick-off 10th October

VINCENT ENYEAMAFootballers of Diobu and Port Harcourt as a whole will have a busy time competing for honours as the Diobu Mok Nations Cup Soccer competition kick-off on October 10 at Obudu football pitch, Mile One Diobu, Port Harcourt.

According to the organizer, Richie Reginald, all streets of Diobu are keen on participating in the competition, adding that interesting  clubsides from any street in Port Harcourt could represent their street in the competition. Pointing out that the competition is an open competition that spread across all streets in Port Harcourt, only that Diobu is hosting sports personalities have indicated their interest to grace the kick-off. Notable among them are former chief coach of Super Eagles, Christian Chukwu, Chief Coach of Sharks of Port Harcourt, Daobu Ere-Dokubo, Chief Coach of Enyimba, Imama Amapakabo and chief Coach of Heartland Nduka will all be in attendance to pick potentials players for their various clubsides in the Glo professional football league.

Interesting prizes are up for grab for the most valuable player highest goal scorer award best goal keeper, most discipline team and most behave team will all smile home with interesting cash prizes and trophies.

In his words “even as the kick-off date is 10th October, registration is still on-going as the competition will be played on ground stages appealing to interesting footballers to compose their team for registration to represent their preferred streets in Port Harcourt.

Mr. Reginald use this medium to call on all who love soccer to support him in sponsoring the competition to discover budding hidden soccer talents for either the national teams or premiership clubsides in Nigeria, “Let use soccer to create employment for our youth hence taking them off from the streets of Port Harcourt”.
