Christian Women should maintain a closer relationship with God, live a prayerful life of fire with strong faith in God and make the scripture their companion (Prov. 14:1).
Every child of God should ask God to make him or her wiser in order to defeat the enemies, so as to succeed and admire what they purposed in life with Godly wisdom.
Whether physical or spiritual women he said are the real rulers of the world being given privilege by God to procreate and replenish the earth.
Pastor Oluwafemi S. Oluwabiyi regional overseer of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries South-South region 11 Port Harcourt, make these remarks while declaring open the women’s foundation seminar with The theme, “Resourceful women” held last week at the church’s auditorium NPA/Industry road by NEPA store in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
He opined that godly wisdom is the only thing every believer need to have, being the greatest weapon in building strong and good Christian home, Christians should brace up and ask for godly wisdom so as to avoid being used as a veritable tools of destruction and attacks.
The regional overseer use the occasion to encourage the women to be prayerful, decent in dressing, approach and appearance, as some of the instruments or tools of presentation that brings down favour of God and man.
The chairperson of the women foundation in the region pastor, Mrs. Deborah Adenike Oluwabiyi, wife of the regional pastor during the practical session informed participants that the church approached and organized the skills acquisition. The cake making, tye and die and sewing as means of empowering the women in the region in addition of keeping them healthy and happy.
The one year old region used the event to uplift both moral, physical and spiritual status of women of the region and outsider who attended.
Pastor Mrs. Oluwabiyi advice them to be intelligent at all time, clever enough to deal with difficult situation in order to manage what they have using wisdom to live with their husband, since God has made them the help meet of the man, live in peace with your neighbours, be kind and respect your in-laws.
She enjoined them not to be idle not minding the position of their spouse, they should use godly wisdom in whatever that hands find to do, “instill discipline on your children handle your husband diligently be discipline also and make yourself a prayer warrior of the family, by always seeking the face of the Lord in all things, assist your husband in any area you can”, citing Bible quotations to buttress her point (Esther and Haman).
She went further to encourage them to go home and put into practice what they have learned at the seminar.
The women were thought how to prepare simple and quality cake designing, making of tye and dye as well and sewing, health talks on how to live quality healthy life, free eye and blood tests were carried out, as free eye glasses were also presented to individuals.
Speaking further were some of the resource persons who gave the women reasons and example on how women can support their husbands, take care of their homes, children and not to stay idle.
Some participants spoken to were very please as they promise of going to make use of what they have gained through the seminar.
The women also use the seminar to intercede for their general overseer, the president of Nigeria, legislators, churches, Christian families all over the world, the state and Nigeria. ####
